ATM Dunkin Donuts - 1261 Sunrise

I had walked in there and was disappointed with the unprofessional actions going on in there. One of the girls in there were cursing and yelling while telling a story in front of customers. This place us usually okay to go to a little busy and the staff are sometimes scrambled but today was not good at all. There were at least 5 people in the back and they were still running around like a chicken with no head. Ordered egg and cheese on croissant for my son who does not eat pork. Im so fed up with this location it's unreal. I placed an order for DoorDash with them and there's 0 way to customize and no change notes on the app so i figured i would call and tell them the pumps for my latte. Nope. 7 calls later and 0 answers. They regularly make my drink wrong and give me incorrect food items. I mean like i ordered a sausage egg croissant and somehow get a bagel? Every single time i order curbside pickup they don't bring it out. I've waited upwards of 15 minutes...read full review
