Very slow location, took over than 10 minutes to make my order, which was one coffee and a couple wraps. The place was empty when I arrived and had 3 employees working, not sure how that's possible when other locations can be swamped with less people working and I get my order in half the time.

First time using this location. I placed my order on the app. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. Made very very well. Tasted great. They didn't overload it with ice so I had a decent amount of coffee. I love that the people behind the counter acknowledge me and said have a good day even when doing pick up. You rarely have that and I think it's so important.

Me and my brother was our birthday and we went with my sister Chauncee so we went there it was not bad looking but I went inside and I got the frozen hot choclate and I got it and the girl did not give us whip cream so my sister asked her and she said well you had to ask before but clearly we did not know and I got the frozen hot choclate and it tasted terrible it did not taste like how it should be I would not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts if you want a frozen hot...read full review
