Can’t eat from here because both grill have pork cooking next to eggs and everything else that goes on the grill. But the bagels are fresh and the service is excellent

The food is ok but the service is atrocious, the incompetence behind the counter and lack of awareness on how to move a line is astonishing, be prepared to wait a good 45 min for your order so done with this place

Waited 40 min, for 4 sandwiches, the person initially took our order then lost the order saw the employees arguing behind the counter probably would have been longer because we walked out without them, been coming here for 30 years, when I asked what was taking so long they shrugged, said we're busy. I would understand if they really were busy but the place wasn't at that time. Spoke to the manager and she didn't seem to care either. So after 30 years of business I will find another place because bagel boss of bayshore has gotten worse over the years and judging by their reviews, I'm not the only one

I'm done BB. IM DONE! I've been singing your praises for decades. Taken your bagels around the world and told people THIS is what a NY bagel should be. But I've had it, only get to come to LI once a year now and can't waste it on you anymore. 4 days in a row you put little to no cream cheese on bagels. This isn't one person, it's a whole staff wide directive and today was the worst. 4 bagels cost over 20$ and this is the amount of cream cheese you put on each bagel?!?! You're robbing people, it's theft to do this. Scraped the cream cheese off one half and it was almost a tablespoon. What the heck happened to you guys, so disappointed you resorted to doing this to make money. If it was one person whatever stuff happens, but this has been going on since COVID times. Every year it's less and less. This year 4 different staff doing this amount? Ain't no accident, you're ok charging 5$ plus for this. Gotta get called out.

This is an old fashioned bagel boss one of the very best tasting bagel on Long Island! The owner is the hardest working guy I know with a big smile:) Must try the Pumpernickel bagel toasted with cream cheese and a big stack of bacon from the grill!

The employee that took my order didn’t speak at all. She didn’t write anything down, and when I got home, she messed up several things in the order, and even forgot a bagel. Service was horrible.

The bagels are okay but they have screwed my order up twice now. A bakers dozen is 13 bagels, not 12, they give me the wrong flavor bagels everytime and the cinnamon raisin ones are burnt on the bottom. Let's see what they say when I call tomorrow...it will determine if the rating drops even more.

Oh how I miss Bagel Boss East 😢 Lived on their everything bagels 30 years ago while Nursing my daughter who had a cows milk protein and soy allergy 🤣 Florida needs a Bagel Boss South!!! Was great to see some old friends for a quick minute 🥰

Egg, bacon, cheese & ketchup on an onion bagel, how hard can it be? So the eggs were so dry; the cheese barely melted and then, way too much bacon. The onion bagel was not toasted or grilled. Pretty much a basic sandwich which was terrible dry. Never again.
Ordered using Door dash to pickup breakfast. I selected the utensils needed and received nothing when I picked up. Do Better!

I ordered bagels for delivery to show appreciation for a local business and Bagel Boss East showed exceptional service making sure the order was correct and on time. Bagels were delicious and everyone was happy, what more could you ask for?

Used to love this place now every time I come in I am waiting for 10 plus minutes…had to walk out this time. Was only one gentleman ahead of me on the line for the grill and neither him or myself was approached. Place needs a better set up…will start ordering mine and my employees order through stuff a bagel off door dash. Worrying about hanging and taking down signs rather than helping customers.
