This place it's way over priced to food that they sale and it's not even fresh. Their bagel spreads are sitting in the fridge for days and has formed a dark dry crust on it. Also, the prices on items in the fridge area aren't marked. On 02/27/2025 I wanted to buy boiled eggs that are sold 3 in a plastic container for $2.99. When I wanted to pay the men who was at the register said that the eggs are $3.99 bc the price of the eggs went up. I said by law you need to charge me the exact price as on the item $2.99, not a fictional price bc you said so. At Bagel Boss every day they change their price depending on how they woke up on that day. Also, when paying with cash they never provide a receipt to the customer and by law they should. After I paid and while I was walking away I heard the Spanish girl with the long ponytail who works there, started talking badly and gossiping about me in Spanish to the guy who wanted to overcharge me. Actually the staff constantly badmouth customers when they don't like the customer or the customer makes an observation to their service/food. There is no respect and professional courtesy from the staff. The management is no different. One of the worst bagel places for food, service and environment. Spend your money in places that at least they show respect the customers and don't badmouth them.

Big shoutout to the Bagel Boss team & employee Diane ! I go there every morning to get a BEC & my sandwich is ready when I show up & made the way I like for a good price. Never had a bad experience and is for sure the best deli around !

all i get is a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon yet the 8 times i’ve been here it’s been messed up every-time. it’s either not toasted, no bacon, wrong bagel, or more cream cheese then bagel every single time. today not only did they not get the bagel right, they forgot bacon and put 30 lbs of cream cheese. not sure what the craz is about this place . however, food is good.

Ordered western omelets and both were disgusting. They tasted weird, actually gross. Asked for white toast with butter. Got lukewarm bread untoasted. The potatoes were burned and cold. No taste or bad taste. Very disappointing breakfast. Not cheap either. P.S. we were going to order 2 large coffees with French vanilla creamer, but would have been $12 - that is outrageous. Thank goodness we didn’t get coffee, too.

Visiting from out of town and someone recommended Bagel Boss. It's one of the best bagel places I have visited! I ordered a sesame bagel with the scallion cream cheese !! The bagel was great but the cream cheese was outstanding!! EXCELLENT FLAVOR!! And they don't just give you a schmere.... they give you a very ample amount of cream cheese!! I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!!!

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Bagel Boss. I ordered the original Boss sandwich and specifically asked for no peppers, but they still left out other key ingredients. Then, the second sandwich I got barely had any meat or cheese – it was so skimpy! I spent $30 for two sandwiches, and after waiting 20 minutes, I expected a lot more. This place used to be good, but it’s clearly gone downhill. I feel totally ripped off and won’t be coming back.

Everything I order from them they mess up the order. I've ordered 3 dozen bagels they got that order wrong. I've ordered omelets they forget toast and bacon. They never get anything right. You call and they don't help either.

food is awesome however when ordering thru uber eats i never get napkins, when did it become normal to not include napkins? stop being cheap and give us napkins, update ordered again and still no napkins the food is still awesome but if someone orders take out and you don't give napkins with an egg sandwich that's ridiculous.

Wow! As someone coming from Europe, this is what I’d truly call a deli. They offer an impressive variety of bagels, along with a fantastic selection of salads, cheeses, and cold meats to pair them with. I tried a bagel with egg salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The prices are surprisingly competitive for the New York area, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the service was noticeably slow, and it seems they have a reputation for being that way. If you’re not in a rush, this place is definitely worth a visit for its excellent food!
