I never do this. But this is Dunkin' Donuts is the biggest piece of crap around. The crew is worthless every time I put in an app order it is NEVER ready. They either don't have the coffee brewed or they're just too busy on their cell phones not doing their jobs. I am never coming to this Dunkin' Donuts again and it's the closest one to me. If I could it would get zero stars

HOLY CRAP this place needs HELP I just watched a worker use the same milk steamer cup that was previously used for a chai latte then in turn make my mocha latte without cleaning the cup "mocha latte with chai powder" in theory sounds pretty good never tried but let's just say NO NO it's NOT "well now I've tried it lol not my style" Walked into this place people were on line "already served" I get to counter the girl is just looking at me like I'm not there people were at the counter also "2 cash registers" I only knew I was up when the other patron told me they already ordered I say my order the worker says rather screams MOCHA LATTE LARRRGGGGEE this place is as big as my kitchen NO NEED TO SCREEAAMM Ok screaming aside I then see them just leave the milk steamer cup idle not even washed ...its just on the counter I don't want turned milk steam in my drink this is how people get sick and I sat outside the parking lot for a good 20 min now this is out in the open I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors I tossed my coffee did not even bother for them to replace it "went straight to Starbucks by Tangers bad idea on Black Friday" but i needed my caffeine fix I will never come to this Dunkin ever again unless I can confirm these practices have been looked into "the dunkin I go to where I live that place can go toe to toe against Starbucks in terms of consistency and capability of the workers STAY CLEAR of this place take the extra 10 min drive to go to better place 7/11 is down the block go buy low quality coffee there at least you know your buying low quality coffee

This Dunkin' Donuts was surprisingly so busy for a Saturday night at 8pm! I tried the cappuccino blast and it was so good! It had a hint of caramel and it was so refreshing instead of plain ice cream and just an ice coffee/latte! The staff was super nice! The girl who accommodated me was so kind and had a smile on the whole time!

I'm very upset. I went for a iced coffee black and 25 munchkins. The guy tried to give me black tea and seemed to not know what munchkins were. He gave me a hot coffee & charged me $19 dollars! I was unaware how much munchkins were now and I was in a rush. I went to another dunkin to get more because I didnt have enough and realized he overcharged me by $10! No receipt, so I guess I'm just going to be out due to my rush and this guys gross incompetence

I went to the Dunkin' Donuts with my mother and is was not a good experience. People that ordered after my mother and I got there drinks and donuts before us. The munchkins were stale. The frozen iced coffee tasted like sugar and milk only. We got slow service one person waxen't even working. When my mother asked about our drinks we have gotten a bad attitude. My caramel iced coffee, I had no caramel. I'm definitely not coming back to that Dunkin Donuts again
BR advertise no sugar added ice cream but don’t waste your time stopping. They don’t carry any like the internet advertised
