The servers are so sweet and truly make your order however you ask. They're definitely more for strong coffee lovers, or people who love the taste of coffee. I wish they had more seating but overall I love this place. My go to is usually a latte with macadamia nut and hazel nut!

My latte was really good. But i ordered a toasted bagel with butter. Pretty easy. Bagel wasn't toasted and there was a blob of butter on one side. I'm pretty sure they have spreading tools but they weren't used in this instance. Staff didn't seem very friendly either. ?

To say I am extremely disappointed in my experience here is quite the understatement. I have been a strict vegetarian for 4 years and today that ended when I was given a “mislabeled” wrap with chicken in it. I had ordered the vegetarian wrap and as I was half way through I realized that it was not eggplant but chicken. When I notified the staff they gave me a simple “sorry it was mislabeled” without any sensitivity, consideration or remorse for the impact this has on a vegetarian. This mistake was a big mistake and then how it was handled was an even bigger mistake on their end. I will never go back.

Best coffee on the island. This location is probably my favorite. They consistently make my coffee good and the staff is very friendly ! The flavored cold brews are soooooo good and they have a great variety. I love the fact that they carry a good amount of sugar free flavors!

I love the bayshore bean! It’s so cute, warm, and inviting and I love every single drink i’ve had from here. When my friends visit who are not from around here or not from New York are here, I always bring them here and they love it and always ask me to come back. Love this place! Wouldn’t know what to do without it!

Me and my boyfriend went to this coffee shop and were met by the two snarkiest cashiers ever. One of them had dark curly hair and glasses while the other had blonde hair. Regardless, I requested a “Sonia” one of their listed coffees and the worker looked beyond confused. I pointed to the sign and even read what the drink was made from. I am shocked that employees don’t know their own menu. Secondly, my boyfriend placed his order and one of the girls told him they were out of a certain flavor but were very rude about it for no reason. This was our first time going here and we will not be back because apparently this location has a staffing issue where everyone they hire is just flat out rude. Don’t waste your time because the seating is ridiculous they have some awful chairs and of course the staff is rude so I suggest trying one of the coffee shops in Bay Shore and skipping this one.
