Not sure if you guys are in the business of hiring people and making money. But there’s a girl who’s clocked in right now at 1:57 on january 18th, 2024. I called to inquire about a delivery driver job, she told me “go online” with an attitude as if she already hates answering phones at the job that I guess she has no choice but to be employed by, hence why she’s so miserable. I told her I had already went and put an app in online, and I was wondering if I could speak to a manger to ask some further questions, and find out if the stores location was actually hiring. She Banged the phone on me and hung up. Is that’s not miserable customer service I don’t know what else is. Some people don’t deserve to be employed and this woman’s attitude needs to be investigated.

Horrible customer service. They don't care if you have any allergies so beware. I told them a million times to do clean cut because of meat allergy and they still used the meat knife. At the end blamed me that I didn't let them know and a guy came over said that I was lying that i dont have any allergies and says that I wanna do clean cut for my satisfaction like WHAT??!! Very furious with them because their company could get sued over this. Someone needs to come in and do a serious inspection on how they do food handling and customer service..

Uncooked,Cold Pizza. Never buying from them again.
Delivered the wrong order. Manager was nasty about fixing the issue. She kept on hanging up the phone when I asked what she would do to make a customer happy. Even when I tried to explain I ordered from them for over a year, she didn't care and didn't try to fix the issue that they delivered the wrong pizza to my address. Worst restaurant ever to resolve an issue when they are wrong.

Nobody wears gloves before touching everything the young guy washes his hands but the other guy with the loud mouth went over got my bread with his hands to only run it through the oven and touched everything else In betweenThey don’t cook nothing fresh it’s food sitting and they run it through the ovenVegs and dough no hands through the oven here you go

Ordered delivery twice in the last 2 months and the pizza was consistent and correct each time, and delivered on time.However, this store advertises “contactless” delivery, and yet both times they called when they arrived stating “i’m outside”, to which i respond “ok can you leave it at the door as requested” and they both struggled to find the door. Then one said “i’ll leave it on this car” to which I had to instruct not to as I am not the only one that lives here and it was not my car. Just leave it at the door as stated, not sure what’s so hard about that. I live in a normal house that doesn’t seem confusing as we get plenty of other deliveries here that go smoothly.
