Went in for an iced latte At 8:20 was informed that they would not be making any drinks other that hot coffee because they cleaned all the machines at 8pm 1 hour before they closed then laughed as I walked out.

It has happened twice with two older ladies. They just very sloppy. My drink over spilled and my cup was stained. Today, I got four donuts and looked melted and very dry.

I usually just get iced coffee at this location but on July 4th I also got 2 dozen donuts because they were decorated in red, white and blue. I was so embarrassed to serve them to my guests. $29 for 24 stale donuts. Literally every donut was stale. DP and NB locations never have stale donuts. I'll be sticking with them.

Y’all…. This is probably the only Dunkin that has literally made my drink right every single time. Every time I go to a different one for some reason they always get some part wrong but here it’s masterpieceeee everyy time . No complaints about this place ❤️
The employees at this location are among the most unfriendly and rude people I have ever met! Not to mention they screw up every order they make and when you ask them to fix it the become rude and belligerent. The whipped cream and sweet cream are always left un refrigerated causing them to taste terrible and 9 times out of 10 the coffee has grinds in it. Absolutely disgusting. Dunkin’ Donuts will no longer be getting my business
