Love Dunkin for the convenience of mobile order. The East Islip Location is usually quick. The store is sometimes dirty and could use an upgrade. Donut selection is sometimes problematic as well. Minor issues that when added up are the reason for 4 stars. Will I continue to visit, yes. Can the experience be better, yes as well.
Parking: Parking is plentiful. There is handicapped parking in from of the store with a sidewalk ramp.

I order from this place almost every day drive through and delivery and today I got 3 coffees and 3 donuts and TOTALLY empty all liquid in the bag no coffee minus a few sips in the cups and the donuts SATURATED. I called August 11 around 4:30pm asking if I can bring pictures and bag with this bow garbage and show him to have remade he told me no. GARBAGE TREATMENT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMES OF YOURSELVES

WHOEVER MADE MY REFRESHER TODAY NEEDS A RAISE!!! The service is so quick and kind and the cashier was great because we had a big order lol. The coffee was great too like this is better than other dunkins for some reason.
Never ever again. My donut was stale and brick hard which means it was from the day before . My drink was horribly made. It all went in the trash. Don’t waste your money or time.
