The order is completely wrong. It’s not difficult to read an order that says sausage NOT bacon, white cheese instead of American cheese, and for all 5 orders to be messed up. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I understand that it’s just food, but people want to get what they pay for. If they’re understaffed, it’s okay to take a little longer, but fast pace doesn’t mean accurate orders are being made. It’s disappointing. The worst part I didn’t realize until I got to work.

They usually make my coffee exactly as I order it. Lately though it's been either too light or too dark. Hopefully it'll be correct next time like it has been for the past year. The place is very clean and has a good selection available every morning.
I'm disappointed, I always go and today I asked for a $6 brekfast and they charged me $12, the sandwich only came with a top of bread.. terrible service!

I’m sorry but on 3/23/2025 about 6:15pm an older man waited on my husband & I. We ordered 1/2 dz donuts hard as a rock except for 2 crullers. 4 donuts in the trash, but coffee was delicious. Would be nice if they’d answer the phone so that we wouldn’t need to make this public.
