I hosted my birthday at FIV in Bay Shore last night after attending a wonderful event there last week through my library. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. I was planning on coming in informally but when the RSVP count started climbing I thought it best to call and see if I could reserve an area where we could hang together. I spoke to Angelo on the phone and he was so friendly! Despite it being only a few hours before the party, he had no issue setting aside a table for us. He even offered for me to bring in a cake if I wanted. When I arrived, the table was set beautiful with pretty red flowers and my name on it. We were warmly greeted at the door and there was an excellent band, Gene and the Lone Sharks, providing fun and energetic music throughout the evening. Guests were dancing the night away providing such a wonderful vibe. The band came over to wish me a happy birthday and dedicated a song to me. Everyone, from the guests to the staff were happy and mingling. Angelo brought me over a bottle of their delicious Rose wine and asked my friends to sign it for me as a birthday gift. I was blown away by his hospitality, generosity, and kindness. They have a large selection of delicious ciders, beers, wines, and cocktails! Everyone who order food enjoyed it and my Mom raved about the chicken lemon soup. My friends and parents had an excellent time. Everyone left saying what a great experience it was with big smiles on their faces. I left feeling so special and grateful for my opportunity to celebrate my birthday at such a wonderful establishment. They take so much pride in what they do and truly want to make their customers happy and it shows on their smiling faces. This place is a hidden gem and I hope others can experience the joy of discovering it.

I hosted a graduation party here for my daughter and I couldn't have chosen a better spot. Angelo and the staff at FIV are absolutely wonderful. The food and drinks were fabulous and Angelo even toasted my daughter at the end of the party with a very heartfelt speech. All of my guests were very impressed as well. I highly recommend hosting an event here and also stopping in for food and drinks during regular hours as I have always enjoyed the warm atmosphere. Absolutely adored this place. Came here with my partner on a late Sunday afternoon, and I couldn't have better things to say about the establishment. First, the way it looks inside is very welcoming and warm. The staff greeted us immediately and told us to choose a table. Then a man came over to tell us about their establishment, ask us what we like and his recommendations, and then gave us time to decide on what we wanted. Fire Island Wines seems to be established for a while, however they are small and have a few in house wines, however they offer local wines, beer, and ciders on tap and canned or bottled. We ordered a flight of misc. wines from the lovely waiter who suggested we order food. I absolutely adored the pinot gringo- I even told the waiter this is my 2nd favorite pinot gringo. It was so light and flavorful- I could drink it every day. We ordered a spinach and artichoke dip, and a hummus platter. The pita bread was fresh and fluffy. The hummus was freshly made, with a slight hint of lemon- it was fantastic. The spinach artichoke dip was just as fresh and tasty. We are 100% coming back to this establishment. The vibe is like a upscale brewery, and they even offer to host events.

A nice open, relaxing cozy environment. Bartender was great and the owner (Angelo) came over and talked to us. He shared a few stories about the history of the place. Highly recommend if you’re in the area with a group or if you just wanna stop in for a few drunks

I attended a bridal shower for my nephew’s fiancé on January 11, 2025. It was a beautiful venue and the owner Angelo showed such hospitality to all of us. He has a huge heart and truly cares about his patrons. My nephew and his fiancé are regulars at his establishment and he knew their whole story like they are family to him. The bartender was so welcoming and she was very knowledgeable of all of the wines available. The wines are delicious, by the way!! I highly recommend this establishment for a night out and to support small businesses in a great area of Bay Shore!

One of my favorite places to go with friends. The inside is so cute and it has a cozy feel to it. There are so many drink options, which is why I usually go with a flight since you can choose any 4! The food is amazing and always comes out warm. Definitely a great spot for parties or just spending time with friends!

My family and I recently went to Fire Island Vines to celebrate my mom’s birthday and we had such a wonderful experience. I made a reservation with Angelo, who was extremely responsive and professional, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had such a nice night. He even brought out a complimentary bottle of wine that we all signed as a birthday gift to my mom, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also were allowed to bring in a cake and they held it in the back for after dinner. Angelo was truly a pleasure to work with. The waitresses/bar tenders were extremely friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great as well. A very cute spot and we will be returning!
