Jersey Mike's Subs

This jersey Mike's is consistently extremely unorganized. There's never enough people working and the ones that are, are burnt out from being over worked and short staffed. I don't blame them for being cranky. Orders are never ready on time or even close. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for a cold cut sandwhich even longer during the lunch and dinner rush.

I showed up to this location exactly at 8:30 pm , to my understanding you guys close at 9pm. Why were the doors locked and the workers looking at me like I’m doing something wrong . I’d understand if I was ordering a hot sandwich but I was going to order a cold sandwich. Get it together. If your closes at 9pm then close at 9pm

Horrible service

What a terrible experience. I ordered a giant Sub cookies and a drink, about $30. I take out $100 bill to pay and I’m told sorry we do not except $100 bills and points to a sign on the register (that you can’t see when you’re ordering) I’m told to walk up and down to other stores that maybe can break the 100 for me!!!!! I go to tropical smoothie spend $6 she puts bill through scanner and hands me my change, no problem. To cheap to buy a scanner or have other ways to check for counterfeit. So the customer is inconvenienced? Then when I asked for the owners number I was told I can google it!! What a terrible way of doing business. For the record, I’m a 45 year old manI have never written a review in my life!! What a terrible experience just to buy a $27 dollar sandwich

I went there on Saturday May 18th to get a giant sandwich. Usually I have a pretty decent experience with this location so I wasn’t expecting anything. I picked up my sandwich then went home. When I went to enjoy my sandwich there were some parts of it that did not have any meat on it. I had also asked for extra bacon and some parts had bacon where the other parts of my sandwich did not. I went to make a complaint using the app and was informed that I would receive a call within 2 business days. I did get the call but was unable to answer because I was at work. I called today and was left on hold for 20 mins. So I hung up thinking that they were busy and tried to call again. My phone was sent directly to voicemail, I just wanted to speak to someone. I understand that customer complaints can be very frustrating and I have had my fair share of incidents but I would have preferred to hear from someone. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone and being on the customer side of this scenario I don’t think it’s right how they handled it. It’s a shame that this one experience gave me such a negative view of this place. Now I have to go to the Bohemia location just to enjoy a sandwich.

So slow is ridiculous.. they place the shredded lettuce one piece at a time. Ugh is so frustrating . She was literally counting the slices of onions she was putting on my sandwich. Order ahead instead they clearly prioritize those.

First time to try the steak Big Kahuna and it’s deliciously, freshly prepared. I’ll definitely go back to try the other subs. Very pleasant staff!

I like Jersey Mikes. I much prefer they're hot subs. I usually get the Big Kahuna chicken. So freaking good!
