Just stop by today and missing a piece of chicken after I got all the way home try calling and nobody picks up the phone left a message with order # telling them about the situation but still I am waiting to hear from them

Theyre Towing people parking outside the place just because no one wants their poor quality food, I saw a poor nurse outside calling the tow number. At least give them warnings instead of being jerks. Maybe if they didn't hire idiots with no customer service people would frequent this place more

Candid was super rude. I placed an online so I can get the free items they were providing. Candid states it wasnt on the order. Yet it is free. So what is the issue? I asked “who can I call regarding this glitch?” Her response “i don’t know, there’s no number, not my problem.” Disappears to the back of the kitchen and ends our conversation. Clearly doesn’t care but that’s ok. Main st has plenty of options to dine and order out. My mistake KFC
