Very disappointing experience at the Bay Shore location. The food was terrible from start to finish. The sushi rolls lacked flavor, and the edamame was practically inedible because it was absolutely covered in salt—you could literally see it coating every pod.
To make matters worse, the music was blasting so loud that it was hard to have a conversation.
I was in the bathroom less than three minutes after I finished eating, which only made the experience worse. Whether it was the food or not, I felt sick almost immediately.
Overall, between the poor food quality, the excessive salt, and the unbearably loud atmosphere, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to Kiseki since it opened, and I always sit at the bar. Kevin is fantastic; attentive, professional, and honestly a big part of why I keep coming back. He consistently delivers exceptional service. The food is phenomenal, with sushi and sashimi that are always fresh.

Place was great! Service was slightly slow but it was crowded so it makes sense. Luka hooked it up!

Delicious food, great service. Highly recommend!
Fabulous! So clean and with an
upscale vibe. Service was fast but they did not rush you. Sushi was amazing! Worth the half hour drive❤

We walked into the restaurant and instead of any friendly greeting we just got “2?” And it felt cold but that would be nitpicking. The main issue was we came in at 1:40pm and wanted the hibachi but the server told us that it would be 50 minutes before we could be seated there because they are “mopping”. She said we could still order the hibachi here but it would be cooked in the kitchen. So we opted for that and the website states “under 5ft” is cheaper. I showed her the website and she was like no it’s kids only. If it’s kids only it should say that instead of mislead us. It was also the way she said it without any remorse or apology, saying it as if I made an issue when I stated what their website published. Finally we came in seeing the all you can eat hibachi and the actual menu limits it to 1 order per customer. Unfortunately we walked out and didn’t get to try the food. The reviews look good and it’s unfortunate that the horrible service made us uncomfortable and left before we could find out.

Best sushi all you can eat on long island by far
We go all the time. This is all you can eat (if you choose that) high end sushi. The food itself is great but being all you can eat makes it the best by far all you can eat place we have ever been to and everyone we bring agrees. They have great hibachi also. And to top it off the staff is friendly, hard working and very efficient!
Guys don’t go here. Customer service terrible, changed prices making more expensive and limited hibachi per person. They tried to make us wait 50 minutes for a hibachi because they were “mopping”. Walked out before even getting food and I was HUNGRY

Kevin the bartender is great!!!!
Overall wasn’t a great experience. Waited for about an hour before seated, despite a reservation a month in advance. Went there for a birthday with 14 people and the staff there were more concerned about reminding us that there are no refills on drinks (which we are fine with just don’t want the constant reminders) and have to specify that we want more drinks 2-3 times each time requesting for more drinks (sodas), and the staff keep saying “no refills”. Got pretty frustrating and we kept telling them it’s fine we’re okay with paying for more drinks but they kept saying “no refills” as if we can’t have more drinks c

Me and my fiance absolutely love this place! The service isn't the best, but the food is SO good. Fish is always fresh and NOT fishy.
