Marcony's Pizza & Pasta Restaurant

I tried to place an order online, but since it was after nine, it didn’t allow me to. I called and when they picked up the phone, all they said was the name of the restaurant so I said Hi, can I still place an order ( because it was 9:10 and the online ordering was off) where they just responded with the name of the restaurant again so I wasn’t sure if they couldn’t hear me or what was going on so I said hello multiple times just to see if maybe they weren’t able to hear me and they didn’t respond. (why ignore me) Finally, she goes. Do you wanna place an order with a very nasty attitude. I understand its late but its still business hours so at least try to fake being nice. I then told yeah that’s what I initially said, but I wasn’t sure if you could hear me or not and then she goes “pick up or delivery”. and then at that moment, I just didn’t say anything Because I wasn’t sure what just happened.

I walked in last night at around 8 PM to order some pizza cause I was hungry and I honestly wish I never even went there. The staff is rude and the pizza is Obviously, old and not fresh and tastes horrible. Don’t waste your money at this dump

Not sure what I did wrong? I walk in at around a quarter to 9pm. They closed at 10pm the night I visited. So it couldn't have been my timing... Anyways from the beginning the young brunette lady working the counter gives the nastiest attitude as if I offended her with my patronage... Now we all have our bad days so this incident did not bring me to type this review. What did it was the adding of insult to injury after trying their pizza! I had a grandma slice which was flavorless. The other slice was some type of slice that pretty much tasted like mediocre dough with BBQ sauce on it! So in a nutshell the ordering process is -> Walk in receive an attitude before opening your mouth -> Pick any bad flavorless slice (Pro Tip: Don't ask questions or risk more attitude) -> Regret spending hard earned coin on not even mediocre pizza -> End up here leaving a similar review... SO MANY BETTER CHOICES LESS THAN A MILE AWAY.

terrible food and service, my food was cold and disgusting

I ordered a large pizza and wings from this place. They told me 30 minutes. A hour later it arrived ice cold. I call them and the owner starts yelling at me and that I want free food. I started to explain that I don’t want anything back. He continued saying that this happens twice a day. Ok Mr manager sir if you see that people are getting there food cold maybe you should fix your situation instead of yelling at people on the phone. Terrible service!

Me and my husband ordered delivery tonight first time. It took some time to get here but that is expected for a Saturday night. Everything was delicious! and food came hot. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon

Attended two parties there the food was authentic Italian. I liked the family style where everyone interacts together. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was enhanced with live music. The owners did meet and greet to make sure we had a good experience.

Came here as a kid a lot on the way to fire island. Pizza is good but service leaves a lot to be desired

Wonderful people here, making delicious food from the old world and serving it up with a great big smile. They treat everyone like family here. They love our daughter and are always asking about the family because they really care.
The owner Nunzio and his family are great and his staff are also happy to be there as well. You can always tell. Service is great. We dine in, take out or get delivery from here. Their food is top notch & their Sunday Dinners or any dine in dinner specials are not just from a pizzeria format. The food the restaurant cooks is so delicious. The pastas sauce remind me of my italian/ godparents home from when I was younger!!! ❤️ Our family loves coming here and seeing them. We can come just for an after school snack or a full dinner. Its always a great time. Give this place a visit. You wont be dissappointed and if you come, dont look to rush out if dining in, because your visit with them is alot like being with family. Please stay! ❤️??
