He has no class and embarrassed me when I had asked a worker for a refund and mind you they both said yes and he comes screaming very inappropriately upon how he is denying it ? Made no sense. He’s a miserable a person.

This starbucks is nice but doesn’t feel as welcoming and friendly. The coffee never tastes the same even if I order the same thing every day. Also, whenever I place a mobile order they never follow through with the app and letting me know when my order is ready. Then it continues to stay on my phone long after I picked it up. I know it’s minuscule but it would be nice to know when my order is ready rather than waiting and then just guessing and going in to look especially if I am in a hurry.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I asked about a refund while in the drive-through, and one of the employees told me to go inside because she would handle it there. After I went out of my way, parked, and went inside, they told me they couldn’t actually issue the refund. That was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. The situation could have easily been handled with honesty and better communication. Instead, I was misled and treated with zero consideration. It was disappointing and unprofessional — I expected much better from Starbucks staff.

Today I ordered from drive thur I was the 3rd car and waited 15m. I ordered the large ice coffee with milk and an egg and turkey bacon on a muffin. I got a small coffee and from waiting all that time the sandwich was horrible cold and like eating a sponge no napkins. Need to find a better way to toast the muffin. Couldn’t eat it had to throw it out
Staff is very nice and drinks with Starbucks’ predictability. The atmosphere in this particular location is most inviting.
The background music could be lower at times so conversations are not drowned out.
