Takes forever to make anything ten minutes to make a six inch never have the bread i went three times in a row and the same reply would u like any other bread, at least they train them on that reply

I don't understand the idea of ordering ahead of time if the sandwiches aren't made until you arrive anyway... Especially whike both employees are just hanging out in the back. Then watched another customer come in and be helped while my order was put on hold for the time being.
