Horrible service at the front, tell you you’ll be seated, one moment, don’t worry we have you etc. then when you ask after 20-30 mins they tell about the reservations otherwise you cannot be seated but when you first walk in you are asked about that and assured it’s okay. Very unorganized and unprofessional system, just watch how it is if you still choose to go..

Reservation means nothing- the tables are booked regardless leaving customers lining up to wait.

i go take out. i’ve been wanting to try a new hibachi restaurant. i ordered the fried rice with steak. originally i was just going to include that it is very flavorless and the pieces of steak are just trimmings. then i found a hair in my food and was completely disgusted. it is kinda hard to see but once i pulled it out it was more difficult to see at all. i have red long hair so im assured its not my own.

I typically order out once or twice a week.
Recently, when ordering Japanese veggie or meat fried rice, I requested an additional carrot. I was so impressed with the quantity of carrots in my bowl that I could have counted them. Additionally, I always leave a tip for my server or chef on my take out bill. Kindly revise your online order system to enable customers to make a payment for extra vegetables.

Food is delicious! I always order California rolls and calamari and everything is perfect!Love the food here!!

Lunch special was meh. Liked the bento spring roll they did cook my steak medium rare to my liking. Hibachi bento was very tiny portion.

I visited Takumi midweek for lunch and chose two delicious lunch specials, each priced under $14. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff delivering our meals promptly. I’d happily return in a heartbeat for another delightful meal.

We had 4 appetizers to start and they were pretty decent although the ribs were cold close to the bone and very fatty. But our server did not provide good service and we couldn't get her attention to order more food so we wound up leaving after eating the apps.

The majority of the time I get my sushi here because it is FRESH! I love the staff here they are friendly and the food is amazing! It is a relaxing place to go.
