Stopped by Tap Room in Bay Shore for a Saturday morning brunch and had another great experience. Bay Shore itself was packed, but thankfully there was plenty of parking available in the municipal lot behind the restaurant.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Our waiter was attentive, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the meal.
Our group ordered a variety of dishes including the mussels, short rib and egg skillet, short rib sliders, and the Carolina chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious and came out perfectly prepared. I was especially tempted by the Modern Grilled Cheese special with short rib and fig jam! Honestly, how can you say no to that combination? It sounded incredible and I believe it was a limited offering.
Whether dining in or ordering through Uber Eats, Tap Room has always been consistent for us. We’ve ordered takeout plenty of times and have never had any issues. Great food, great service, and always a good time. Looking forward to coming back again soon! 🍻🍔🍳

I love this place. They seated us before they were even open when they saw us walking by and Holly delivered top service the whole time. Such a pleasant time here. Food is yummy. The music is great and at an appropriate level and the tables are comfortably spaced.
