This burrito split open and didn’t taste great. Not worth it

Trop Smooth is always good and this store is no exception..

This location was very clean and the staff were very polite, professional, couteous and efficient. We will be back

I ordered 3 sandwiches that were supposed to be hot. When I got them home , all the sandwich were cold, and none of the cheese was even melted. Like if they didn't even microwave for 10 sec. I called and someone told me that the store manager would call you the next day and give me a refund for my 3 sandwiches. No phone calls were made, and no money was returned. The worst. I will never return there. If you get food, I would check it before you leave.

i’ve seen iteams fall on the floor and seen the workers pick it up without washing it…..ridiculous i ordered a thai wrap and the lettuce was literally pink as well as the blueberry bliss tasted like grass. they sell expired molding food and drinks to their customers for what exactly? don’t waste your time and money here especially the manager with the squeaky laugh thinking everything a joke.

I got here all the time after Pilates as it is right next door, I believe his name is Matt/Matthew, he & the night crew are always so great! :)

I actually like tropical smoothie but I’m never ordering here again. Made me wait a half hour for 1 smoothie because someone else took my order. This place is terrible

The tall blonde guy taking my order was so kind and helpful. He was so polite to the person he seemed to be teaching. I will be coming back soon!

I have to give this place a review simply because during the pandemic, they were one of the only places where I could actually get something healthy to nourish my body not to mention for instance, the great customer service has been provided by a Miss lady! Her kindness and exceptional service is always been greatly appreciated! Plus the fact that they’re open onto a day like today when we’re having very inclement weather. I highly suggest you stop in, their cleanliness as well as customer service is something you should definitely come check out for yourself.
