Fantastic atmosphere and food and great service. Alfonso made great drinks and had the best inviting customer service. Definitely everyone must try and enjoy!!! We will be going back!!
The food was amazing. Definitely coming back. I don't know if they were very busy or short staff but the service was lacking due to the inattentiveness of my servers. The owner is amazing and did his best to keep things afloat. The food made the experience worth it
We love Baraki and are frequent guests! All the staff are lovely, the bartenders make some of the best drinks on Bell, and the food is amazing. The grilled cheese is a must
My friend and I eat here every time we get together. The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly and sweet.
First time having a meal here but a frequent diner at Avli next door which is the same owner. Both of our entrees were very good - kale salad with sweet potatoes and beets with honey mustard dressing, and sliders with fries with feta. Side of roasted cauliflower with raisins was delish. Would come for dinner but there is never any parking on Bell Blvd, it was hard enough to find a spot at 1 pm, oh well....
The service was really wonderful and the food was delicious. My friend chose this as her birthday dinner place. We ordered the chicken avli sandwich, a salad, the shrimp oreganata, and the grilled cheese. Everything was really tasty! I would totally go back.
Everything was delicious! We loved the saganaki cigars, whipped feta and filet mignon skewers.
Loved everything about it.

Definitely felt like the waiter tried to embarrass me about my card being declined and didn't even give it a second try. I feel like anyone in that in industry should know that with certain cards they ask the owner to verify first, then they'll be able to swipe the card again. Instead, the waiter said as loudly as he could “YOUR CARD DECLINED” (while reaching abruptly over my sister's head). Keep in mind our bill was nearly $1,000 and we tipped VERY generously. He wasn't even our waiter initially and after he realized that we/I could pay his mood went back to being nice especially when he unfortunately received the tip that should've been for our original waitress. Not to mention that we also asked for one of their dishes, and they told us that they didn't have any more just one more left, then proceeded to serve another table with the same dishes that we asked for and said that they didn't have. Regardless the food was good. Ok bye!
I've been living in bayside for a while now...I've been to almost every restaurant on Bell blvd. I'm in love with this place! The drinks are delish and beautifully presented. We had a few things but the gyro bao buns were top tier!!! Will Def be back!

I recently visited Baraki and had an outstanding experience. The food was excellent, especially the burnt grilled cheese. It tasted like it had bacon, but surprisingly, it didn't. The Mediterranean eggs benedict was delicious, and the shakshouka was really good. Loved the food! Omg loved the food so much.
The beverages were exceptionally well-crafted. Unlike many brunch spots where drinks often taste like hastily mixed alcohol, these cocktails showcased thoughtful composition. We sampled Honey Honey and Don't Forget Your Veggies. Both drinks exhibited wonderfully balanced flavors that perfectly complemented our meal. Honey Honey offered a delicate sweetness reminiscent of honeyed water with a subtle alcoholic warmth, while Don't Forget Your Veggies presented a light, refreshing profile enhanced by Thai basil. It was evident that each drink was carefully designed to be a proper cocktail experience, not just an afterthought to the food menu.
The service was top-notch. Everyone was friendly, especially Foti, the owner. He made us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. We're excited about their plans to open a jazz spot.
The value was amazing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and drinks we got. We went for brunch and felt it was excellent value for money.
Thank you, Baraki, for a wonderful brunch experience. The burnt grilled cheese was exceptional, and the "holy water" shots were a delightful surprise. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely recommend for a date night or a girls dinner . Cute on the inside, comfortable seating , great drink and food options. We had the espresso martini to start - great, followed by the pretty penny ( a bit too sweet for my liking so added seltzer) and the honey honey - great! For small bites we did the tuna tartare, burrata focaccia and the honey wings which were all delicious . The standout was the attentive and excellent service 10/10.
We spent 4 hours here and didn’t take a single photo! Next time

We stopped in for brunch not knowing much and were very pleasantly surprised. I am still thinking about the vodka sauce (it is nearly perfect). Highly recommend the whipped feta and hot honey spread, grilled cheese with vodka sauce, gnocchi. You can tell there is a distinctive quality and uniqueness in these foods, a quality only found with passion and experience. Between the great food and very personable service and recommendations of our server Cesar we had a wonderful meal.

Overall the food was very good. Reason for not giving 5 stars is because the baos for the gyro bao buns were a little hard, and the cocktails didn't have much alcohol in them.
Food was ok for dinner. Burnt brussel sprouts + generally not a ton of flavor. Service was slow, disjointed, and then pretty unprofessional at the end. It wasn’t even a really busy night- the restaurant was not full but I had to ask multiple times for water since my table had no water throughout dinner. When the server finally came to the table, he spilled water all over me with no apology and I had to ask multiple times for a napkin and to actually get water in my cup after the spill. Definitely a first.
