After ordering our usual green tea, we caught the staff pouring whatever they use to make milk teas, which we didn't want and didn't order. For this reason, we always specify that we do not want a milk tea. After we told the staff about this, another person staff that sheared to be a supervisor quickly stepped in and clarified the situation with both us and the staff who was helping with our order. I appreciated that the supervisor didn't make a big deal or, even worse, attempted to shame us somehow (which has happened). The tea was just right for me at 30% sweetness, and we were satisfied customers. We'd go back.

The new worker was very stingy with the bubbles, pudding, and grass jelly, and the tea was not filled enough, leaving a lot of room on top. In my opinion, $7 is no longer worth it.

I have been a frequent visitor of Coco Tea on Bell Blvd since it opened. During the summer, I would go there at least twice or sometimes 3x a week. However, today, I was not completely satisfied with my 3Guys drink. The new worker was not generous with the bubbles, pudding, and grass jelly, and the tea was weak, not filled up to the top, leaving a lot of room. In my opinion, the price of $7 is no longer worth it due to the lack of quality. I hope they can improve their service.

For a boba shop, there's plenty of seating. You can order at the two digital kiosks, which makes ordering much quicker and easier. The Caramel Milk Tea has more of a caramel than tea taste, but it's very good. The brown sugar boba was still warm when I got my order. The boba was pretty chewy but more firm -- not the best I've ever had but still good.

I order through door dash sometimes. One of my favorite places. The boba texture is just right for me. Love the variety. Not sure why there are bad reviews. Outside of them getting my order wrong sometimes on doordash I have no complaints.

This has always been one of my go to place for boba. But this time I was awfully disappointed after taking my first sip. The milk tea has an odd sugary taste as though they added more cheap ingredients such as water and sugar to make more profit. Yet they still had the authority to increased the price tremendously. Definitely not coming back and should’ve ask for a refund.

The drinks are tasty and refreshing. The service is fast. The place is quiet and has limited amount of seating available. No public bathrooms.
The worker, Kyle was extremely rude and annoyed when placing order. It made me and my relative uncomfortable. He was making the drinks so aggressively and slamming cabinet doors. I will never recommend this place since so many drinks and toppings are sold out. Also, the floor felt sticky and dirty as you can. They left a bunch of napkins on the floor but never to clean it up. So filthy. We didn’t feel welcomed at all.
