Very nice bubble tea store, the workers were very nice when I asked about the different milk tea options. They also had a chunky mango series which looked great. Will definitely try it out next time!?
Of all the bubble tea places in the area this is my go to spot. I pickup a few times per week and order via the app. Drinks taste consistent, 100% accurate orders, and quick pickup all the time. I've never had to wait and have placed orders on the app 5 minutes ahead. No idea how they do it.

Since the Coco Tea establishment on Bell Blvd. opened, I have visited it at least twice or sometimes three times every week during the summer. Today, I was somewhat dissatisfied. The new worker was very stingy with the bubbles, pudding, and grass jelly, and the tea was not filled enough, leaving a lot of room on top. In my opinion, $7 is no longer worth it.
