Love the jajang mian here and the tangsuyuk. This restaurant has the best sweet sauce for the fried pork. It’s obvious they take the time to add fruits and vegetables to build up and balance the sweet flavor to be multi dimensional.
However, the plastic plates we were eating on seemed to have deteriorated significantly. I would feel more comfortable eating off of a plate that’s not plastic next time.
