“Great for celiacs as you can have gluten free bibimbap!
Food is really good and while it's not true traditional bibimbap (no stone bowl which means the rice doesn't get the same crunch) the flavour was bang on and it's a good portion as well. Could use a smidge more protein. Veggies were delicious.
Great service as well.“

“This spot has the best Korean BBQ Pork and plenty of lettuce to go with it. High quality meat, good texture, no smell. Setup is simple and look exactly like those in K-drama. The air suction device work well here. Got some bbq smell on my clothing but it's minor.“
“The atmosphere of the restaurant with the friendliness and stories from the chef makes this a must go for any fan of korean cooking or cooking in general. Chef encourages questions between meals and each meal has a speech before it. Really wonderful time“

“We had our lunch here in Auust 2014. We ordered the Korean tofu soup and bibimbap with oyster. The food was perfectly cooked and the service was friendly. It was like home cooking, and the favor would not overpower the taste. The price was reasonable. Will definitely return for this genuine Korean cooking.“

“Amazing and authentic! This is very similar to what you would really get in Korea and the portions are wonderfully generous. The fish is extremely fresh and the side dishes are abundant. It’s incredible value. The staff are kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to seafood lovers.
Dietary restrictions: Very flexible menu
Kid-friendliness: Welcoming family environment and on a quiet street.“

“This is a Korean restaurant that I really go to often. There is a rumor that he is good at making sundae soup.
After hearing about it, I went there and saw the duck being roasted at the table next to me, so I started eating roast duck. This is a restaurant I have been going to for over a year already. The side dishes were plentiful and the service was always good. The boiled duck was also delicious, but there was a lot of it, so I couldn't eat it often.
This is one of my favorite Korean restaurants in the Queens area. All the side dishes are nice, and the staff is friendly. I have been there for more than a year, and it’s been the same since.“

“After eating here, you definitely do not need to fly all the way to Korea to be able to eat good raw marinated crabs and shrimp! Everything was super fresh and well seasoned. We got the soy platter to share and it was filling for 2 people! I also recommend sikhye! Service was good, but you should definitely try to get a reservation to avoid waiting. The ambience was modern and well kept.“

“I didn't realize that I've been to their Flushing location 6 years ago until I searched my photo library for this review. This location is in the food court inside Hmart LIC. It was grand-opened in May. And luckily the 30% grand opening discount continued to get extended for a couple of months, so it was a no brainer for me to visit every time I was in town during this period:
- Curry Pork Cutlet $17. Nice big platter size plate, but the pork was bland and the curry had no heat. It was a disappointment.
- Jolmyun Dukbokki $12. Dukbokki with glass noodle in the mix. It was better than expected and not as spicy as it looked. Good.
- Seafood Udon $14. Clear broth with prawns, fish cakes, and clams. Not bad. But I'd have Seafood Ramyun instead.
- Seafood Ramyun $12. Spicy and additive broth with lots of octopus, some clams and 1 prawn. Definitely recommend this over the Seafood Udon: better texture, more kicks, and $2 cheaper to boot.
- Pork Cutlet Udon $14. This is better than the Curry Pork Cutlet. At least the cutlet was hot and crispy and the udon soup was comforting. Not bad.
Prices are before 30% discount. Service can be slow, particularly for soupy dishes which can take 25 minutes without line. You can return your tray etc in the back of the food court next to the bakery.“
“Steamed dumplings & steamed kimchi dumplings are so good! They were perfectly steamed & moist inside. Quite light (Which means you can eat more hahaha) since the dumpling skins are thin and the stuffing has more veg and sweet potato starch noodle than meat. One personal disappointment was the dipping sauce is too sweet for me. Looking forward to try other menu items next time!“

“Food is delicious! But...don't expect to get it on time. I got there at 8:20 (my scheduled pick-up time). I saw bags of food (including what was my food), but after giving my name to the waiter, was told that it wasn't ready. So I stood there and waited. It wasn't until 8:32 that someone came up to me and finally asked if I needed something...so I gave my name again, and they grabbed my food (which was now cold) to me, after it had been sitting there for almost 10 minutes.
It's a shame, because the food really is delicious, but it would have been so much better had I gotten a chance to eat it when it was hot and fresh. They did offer me a fresh one, but there's just not enough time in the day to sit there and wait another half hour.“

“This is a traditional Korean restaurant and it’s been there around a decade. They have various dishes from BBQ to pot strews. Their stir fry spicy squid is the best I ever tasted in Korean style.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place if you want to hangout with few friends or families.“
“If you’re trying out a new Korean-Chinese restaurant then all that matters is the Jjajangmyun and jjambbong. Tried both and they were delicious! Classic taste and healthy serving. My only critique is the potatoes in the jjajang sauce. Not a big fan. Other than that looking forward to coming back.“

“Unique menu item, beef intestines. After you grill them, you can order rice to be fried on the grill. There's a vegetable platter add on for your BBQ but it's not really worth it. There's free appetitizers. The rest rooms are really clean for the women side and one is currently out of order. I love the bbq here. First time and they grill it for you and it's quite busy on a Sunday night dinner time but there's still 4 tables open. Nice rave vibe.“

“Surprised that there is a place like this in New York, America.
Chicken feet...? Stir-fried chicken gizzard, whelk somen, and bundae soup..? It was so delicious that I was so full that I ate everything, but the budae stew on the table next to me looked delicious, so I ordered it again..???
Anyone who has never eaten a pupa plays rock, paper, scissors and eats one..lol.
I hope I keep losing~??“

“A couple months back, the ladies and I decided to check out Seoul Bystro for happy hour.
Cool spot with great service. We were seated immediately, and perused their menu. The HH menu is small but mighty with $1 wings in your choice of soy & garlic or hot & spicy. We decided to try them both. I was extremely please because they were cooked well with a good crunch.
At the time SB only had soju cocktail options because they were awaiting their liquor licenses. We tried the Seoul High Ball and the Soju Coladas. The coladas were fan fave along with the seafood japchae that we opted to share.
Overall a good HH experience, looking forward to returning.
Just A Note:
Their regulate menu is worth a look and a return visit.
Parking: Municipal paid parking under the elevated train.“

“Their service is very enthusiastic❤️, and the only side dishes are radish and kimchi! The sour pickles should be the ones sold in supermarkets, not home-made! The signature beef soup 🥣 is quite good, but my mouth feels dry after drinking it! The finished seafood cake looks beautiful, tastes average, and is too pink! The shrimps are small frozen shrimps and there is very little squid.“

“Overall, the food was tasty, the grilled chicken feet was a bit too spicy for some people. The portion was pretty satisfying. The only thing is that they included taxes in the total but didn't indicate that on the bill, so I calculated the tips based on the total, which means I gave extra tips…“

“Korean bbq at its best! Table cooking over charcoal grill. Service is great, one of my favorite places in the winter. There’s valley parking. The bbq cones w side dishes. Soup, steamed eggs, rice. Lettuce to wrap to make the Korean taco. It is sooo good.“

“There is quick and friendly customer service.
The exterior of the K-Dogs my sister and I ordered (#7 and #9) were perfectly crispy, not too greasy, and the batter was fluffy on the inside. We were happy that it did not have a grainy texture like other locations. I would be interested in ordering a half-half with potato on the outside if it becomes available on the menu in the future. Seating was full inside but we enjoyed them back at the apartment. Will be recommending to friends!
Parking: Plenty of free parking on the lot. Great for grocery hauls or a stop for lunch.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly to everyone of all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Elevators available.“

“Honestly a great experience overall! Servers were friendly and attentive when we went and the menu was pretty simple. For their price per person, it felt like a fair selection. Most kbbq joints tend to have a bit more options for their cuts of meat and side dishes but are far more expensive. This feels very affordable when I'm just craving some kbbq and don't want to spend too much.“

“Tasty old Korean Chinese style! Don’t trust google rate 100%. Many times, rates don’t represent their whole qualities. Personally I care taste first for restaurants. Some folks just focus the rates only instead of tastes. Try this store if you care taste first“

“I really appreciate that Fevy’s offers halal chicken for Muslim customers, and the quality is top-notch. You can tell the chicken is fresh from its texture and cleanliness. The fried chicken is incredibly crispy, and the buldak chicken with cheese was absolutely delicious, though be warned—it’s quite spicy! The portion sizes are generous as well. The kimchi fried rice was decent, but it had a strong sesame oil flavor that might not be for everyone. The fries were a highlight—crispy and fresh. The iced tea, however, wasn't sweet enough for my taste. I also tried a sauce that was labeled as spicy, but it leaned more on the sweet side, which wasn’t what I was expecting. It would be great if there was a way to sample all the sauces without having to buy each one separately. The service was friendly and enthusiastic, which made the experience even more enjoyable.“

“First time trying K-Munchies. Came in with my 3yo son and instantly greeted by the husband of the adorable husband-wife duo. Ordered the single smash burger and twist donut with Umma's coffee. He was such a humble and kind soul and even offered for me to wait in the car to which he would bring out the food for us but we opted to wait inside for the food and had a great conversation and a few laughs. Food came out quick and was delicious. Whatever that smashburger sauce is was so good. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed the twist donuts. If you're in the neighborhood and need some comfort food to warm up the soul or be a glutton with a good ol' smashburger, this is the place to be. You also get a bonus of genuinely awesome people serving you.“

“I visit a lot of Korean restaurants, and I'm a fan of stews and cold noodles, and they're good at budae-jjigae. It was the closest to the taste I had in Korea. The interior was clean and had the feel of a cozy cafe. Good luck to you, owner. I'll come back again.“

“The chicken is nothing short of incredible—crispy, golden perfection on the outside with meat so juicy and tender, it practically melts in your mouth. The secret is in the double-frying technique, which gives the chicken that irresistible crunch that doesn’t quit.
But the flavors are what really set this spot apart. The soy garlic wings are my personal favorite—sweet, savory, and utterly addictive. If you’re a fan of spice, the hot and spicy option packs a punch without overwhelming your taste buds.
Beyond the chicken, the menu offers a great selection of sides that perfectly complement the main event. The pickled radish adds a refreshing tangy crunch, while the sweet potato fries are the ideal balance of sweet and salty.“

“This place is so cool and very decorative which looks so cool. Also the service is very nice and kind to us. Additionally the food is so good with so many options and they are also really minimal prices. Also, if you have a child, then they will give you cost on forks and spoons which are so cute. Overall, one of the best Korean restaurant I have been to. If you love Korean food, you should really come here!!“

“They were about to get off work, so I felt a little embarrassed to go there. But they still let us finish our order and the service was great. The meat quality of the barbecue is also good, but the sauce they come with is not to my taste, but my friend likes it very much. The meat in the pot buns is extremely thin and crispy.“

“An under the radar, unassuming takeout spot that I've always passed by but decided to do a pickup order today and to my surprise the quality of this place is amazing. I ordered the Chicken teriyaki bowl and bulgogi bibimbap and the taste was parallel to a sit down restaurant with delicious savory flavors, fresh crunchy vegetables throughout as well as being a more than satisfying portion. Love that there is stuff to order as well as having food and drinks to go. Also tried out the Boba which was noticeably cheaper than the ones in the immediate area. I had a tasty Taro Boba that wasn't too-too sweet(compliment) but with sub par Boba pearls that could've been fresher.
Overall for a spot right outside woodside train station this is sure to be my new staple go to for some genuinely tasty and delicious food!“

“This place is THE place to go!!! We get food here almost every other week, we know almost all of the servers and they know our go to. Not only at this location but the Long Island location as well. The service is amazing, fast, and customizable as there are different menus for everyone. The sides are delicious and the meats as well, try everything should be the motto for this place because there is a dish you will fall in love with like we have. “Beautiful experience at this tasty Korean rest. Small place that packs an amazing flavor. We had the bulgogi stew, KFC and short ribs, all of this while smashing a few somaek.
They only had one server and she was on top of everything, deliveries, phone, bussing, serving, etc... What a machine! She was amazing just to watch and gave us amazing service. Prices are great, so remember, tip your servers ??❤️
I'm coming back with a group of friends next week so we can taste more of this amazing menu.“

“Posting review while enjoying the food. This place is amazing. Freshly-made kimbap, generous portions for an amazing price, and excellent miso soup. Really had mom and pop shop feel with actual Koreans running it (not that that should matter per se). Everyone behind the counter was so sweet, too. We had the vegetarian and mushroom kimbaps (latter has fish cake) to meet the $10 minimum for paying by credit card, both were very satisfying.
For the price and quality and just the feel of supporting a local shop, I definitely want to come back often.“

“Since crispy cloud came to town, my life has been significantly improved.I LOVE their taiyaki, smoothies and açaí bowls. It’s important to note that it’s not that “fast” but that’s because it’s currently one person working there and she’s making everything fresh. It’s completely worth the $$ and time for me.“

“So, I have been trying to try the famous Modoo halal ramen since last ramadan, as always, it was a 30 min wait, understandable they're very busy. We get seated and order our food. There were only two servers for the whole restaurant. We had to keep asking for napkins. Our water was never refilled, and the server forgot the order of the table next to us. The food was incredible, however, which made up for the experience, but seeing as the service was struggling, I was not impressed.“
