Very bad customer service at Panera at bell blvd. A simple change of soup item same price before paying takes a long time. The assistant manager takes more long time, ringing the new order takes the card back and forth. Not a good experience. Forget about getting a smile or thank you, if you don’t like to help customers then don’t be in hospitality business. Looking at these cashier make me run away from their store. This is NY and McDonald cashiers are much better. I will not go at this location.
