I have visited this location before and have usually had an okay experience, but today was different. As I understand, Sundays are a usual busy day, and I don't put blame on the employees because they are usually understaffed by evening to night. It was quite a horror to see my favorite crew struggling with the rude customers and doing multiple tasks on their own. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The baristas welcome each consumer as they enter. Most baristas know me by name and know my order before I even place it.
