Everything was great but our usual mini garlic croissants were sitting in an open paper container instead of wrapped up like they used to be. Asked the employee why they changed the packaging since it’s not as sanitary. They said they were instructed to take them out of the plastic package. Please revert back to the wrapped packaging. Thank you!!

I had to walk about 5–6 blocks, but the cashier didn’t even ask and just packed everything however he wanted — put my bread in a box and told me to carry it in a paper bag. Then he said there were no paper bags.
Now I’m sitting in the café, feeling annoyed, wondering how I’m supposed to carry this box and my latte. People might think it’s not a big deal, but I only came out for a quick errand — I don’t even have a bag with me, just my phone and a few things in my hands.
If he had shown just a bit of courtesy, it would’ve been fine. I guess I just won’t buy much from this place anymore.
And the funny thing? There’s a paper bag on the next table. He said they didn’t have any — so was that a lie? Or was I just too much trouble for him?
I didn’t even say anything. I’ve been coming here for years, and now I just feel really disappointed.

I came into Paris Baguette to pick up a birthday cake to go, and I was absolutely delighted by the entire experience! The quality of their cakes is outstanding fresh, light, and beautifully decorated. The store itself was spotless, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere from the moment I walked in.
The customer service was excellent friendly, helpful, and efficient. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in the packaging. The cake came perfectly secured, and they included everything I needed: candles, two sticks to light them up, and even cutting tools. It made the celebration so easy and stress-free!
I was truly impressed with both the product and the service. I’ll definitely be returning to Paris Baguette for future celebrations — their cakes and presentation are second to none! 🎂✨

My sister and I have been to this place several times and the last time had 2 croissants and 2 hot chocolates. The food was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was that there were people eating there, talking, using the bathroom and others.

I recently visited Paris Baguette and I have to say that I had a great experience there! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit that much better. The store was clean and everything smelled amazing. The pastries were fresh, presented beautifully and absolutely delicious, especially the croissants and fruit tarts. It’s a perfect spot for a quick treat or coffee break. Highly recommend!
