Cozy Korean restaurant that specializes in seriously good stews. i was recommended the goat stew and it was hearty and flavorful. I also got the spicy chicken stew which is yook gae jang but with chicken. The ban chan ( free side dishes ) was great as well and paired nicely with the stews.Such a great place to warm up and fill up on delicious healthy stews. They have heated benches which felt amazing since I came during cold winter day during a snow squall.
I still don't know what this place is called in English and I don't speak Korean, but it’s like a Korean grandma's house for authentic comforting Korean food. Nothing fancy at all, very low-key but the food is good and reasonably priced! It was packed by lunchtime on a Wednesday. Food takes some time to come out but must visit if you’re in the neighborhood especially on a cold day!

A hidden gem!! This is a no frills, authentic home style korean restaurant. It only has 6 tables and filled with middle aged people who knows how good this place is. Please be gentle with the owners who are the chefs and waiter staff and work nonstop throughout the day. The kitchen is nicely organized and clean. This really is a hidden but authentic place.
