The best Korean-Chinese restaurant in town? We've ordered Samsun gochu Jjambbong, Gochu Japchae(Lunch) and Tangsooyuk(Lunch) and we LOVED them all. Strongly recommend!
Went here for lunch with my family and we ordered a lot from here. Though the restaurant is small, I was amazed how quick and attentive the staff were. One staff member in particular, an old Korean lady was very nice and heartwarming. Another staff member gave us some suggestions on what to order and explained to us what each item was on the menu. The food came out hot and fresh and everything was very delicious. Parking, however, was very small and limited.
It is my favorite place to eat jjajangmyun and jjamppong. The waiters who work there sometimes can be annoying and get on your nerve little bit but the food is really excellent. I drive out at least 30 minutes to come out to eat at the restaurant.
I ordered take out mapo tofu and they didn’t give me rice…the whole point of the dish is to mix with rice…I called back asking if there was a mistake and was yelled at by the person taking the phone call saying that it was my fault for not requesting rice…
Excellent Korean styleChinese food.
Before you enter to dine in, they ask for proof of vaccination. Ordered their bokkeum (stir fried) lobsters and jjajjangmyun (black bean paste noodle). The lobsters were pretty good, but the meat inside were little. It comes with two lobsters with the arm and tails already cut up to consume. The lobsters are stir fried like how it would be on a fried rice. The jjajjangmyun was pretty good as well, the noodles were consistent and he black bean paste sauce was not too salty. It had a lot of onions which enhanced the flavor. I took off one star because when we went, it wasn’t too busy and he waitress took a while to help and serve us.
Jjambbong was good but tangsooyook was just whatever fried meat. service was actually horrible because all the servers were running around the dining room to serve bigger groups, we felt totally left out. (never fill the water, never asked what we need, no checks till I got up and went to the desk)The worst thing is all of my family include me got upset stomach after the meal.I'm not going back.
Very good food, their champong is the best in flushing
This restaurant is has some great foods
They deserve no Michelin star but the sheer quantity you get for the money is ridiculous. Lunch specials are my absolute go tos.

Ordered a seafood soup to dine in among others, and an orange chicken to go.When I ordered seafood soup, the waitress was hesitant as if it is not a dish people usually order. She had to go to the kitchen to ask, eventually came back with "ok". When the soup came out and I tasted it, it was just salt water with veggies and frozen seafood thawed. It was bland. Just bland.I had an orange chicken to go. On the way home, i opened it to taste it, it was just fried boneless chicken, but no sauce. A couple drops of sauce was dabbed here and there, but it had absolutely no flavor, other than greasy fried flavor. I called the restaurant and the owner said "taste it!".Dishonest arrogant people own and work here. Never again.
So good! Best mapa tofu and jjajjangmyun in Queens. Their special clam dish is also delicious.
JaJiang is sweeter than usual and lacks flavor balance. Shrimp used in Kampoogi is frozen pre-made tempura shrimp.
Good service and very clean
Very friendly people are working and the food is very delicious and so good....!!!!
