Such a terrible hateful group of people that live here. It is basically a retirement home.

Good view of the Throgs Neck bridge. Little noisy cuz it's near the highway but with community amenities, such as pool, fitness center, spa, basketball court, playground and gated it's safe and convenient to live. And if you have kids. The doorman is very friendly and nice.

The Bay Club was one of the worst communities I have ever been a part of. This might as well be a retirement home because they never do anything for the folks under 65 and every community room is occupied for BINGO or card games. Also… lots of rodents =\

Bobby and the whole Maintenance team is amazing!

Either security doesn't care or the employees do it too, but everyday my bathroom smells like cigarettes because of all the smoking neighbors and employees. If you try to complain, management and security won't do anything, just like they didn't do anything to the man who was arrested for trying to burn down the apartment building. And that morning/afternoon doorman at East building with the moustache needs an attitude check. Either your racism is showing or you need to learn some manners, either way, stop yelling at my guest and learn to not talk so rudely about other tenants so loudly in the lobby like some kind of child.

I would give a higher rating for the doormen. The doormen make the quality of living here great; however my issue here is management and the constant construction. They finished the water sealing a few months ago, which took over a year. Now, there are unit rennovations. If you like drilling and hammering, then this is a fun place to live in. Management doesn't say when the construction takes place, nor do they list the floor they're on unless you are on that floor. I cannot get Michael Brennan on the phone. He seems so unprofessional. If he reads this, I invite him to my unit, so he can listen to the obnoxious drilling. People buy these units for around a million (maybe less or more) and all they get is constant hammering and drilling during random times of the day? I've been here over a year and see that this is a common occurrence. Like I wrote above, if you like drilling and hammering, then this will be a fun place. I'm disappointed in management for being unprofessional with the construction. What left is there to drill? I've never lived in a place where they treat the residents this way: recurring construction is annoying. I wish management would come to my unit and listen to it. If I wanted to live in a place like this, I might as well move to a trashy neighborhood. Bayside is not a trashy place, so management and maintenance should not treat the residences as such. The owner gets so much money and doesn't treat the people very well with the drilling. I hope this place falls down, because at this point, the building may fall with all the drilling. One another note: the salon is great. Great nail prices. I haven't gotten my hair done there, so I cannot speak on the prices. They demolished the old cafe and opened a new one. The new workers are much better than the original ones. There is also a deli for convenience, a tailor, a gym, and a swimming pool. There are pros, but the noise outweighs the pros, unfortunately. 5/26/22 I moved to a new place, thank God! My mom was scammed and cheated by Helene the landlord. Helene relocated to Florida, so she told my mom she can end her lease at anytime. My mom and I were supposed to move out 3/31/22, but her closing for her new place got cancelled (different story that isn't relevant), so we stayed until 4/5/22. Helene charged my mom 5 days for staying, which makes sense since we stayed an extra five days anyway, but told my mom she would return her deposit, but used most of it to redo the bathroom tiles and the bedroom carpet. Helene said the tiles had mold, but the photo she sent us said otherwise, as the tiles were glossy and clean. She also had to clean the carpet, but my mom bought a special vacuum to clean the white carpet which never did anything. The carpet was disgusting when we did a tour of the condo anyway. Helene had the maintenance guy write down that the tiles were gross, even though they weren't. There is no ventilation or any window in that bathroom, and the bathroom ceiling collapsed because of the mildew and water vapor. Helene, stop swindling people and perhaps get a window or a fan in that bathroom. That will solve the mold problem. Also, why did you choose a white carpet? Everyone knows white gets dirty. Choose a different color. These landlords are nothing but filthy dogs. Worst place I have ever lived in, and I'm so happy I left! Residents are brainwashed and blinded to the cons of this stupid building. Screw management and screw Helene.

It's not very friendly to visitors. There was no explanation or guidance... I was thinking about living here in the future, but then I thought again.

This place is absolutely horrible to live. No lie, drilling and hammering is every single day. It has been about 3 months since they have non stopped drilled and hammered. It is extremely distrubing. This happens every single year and it's literally DESTORYES your quality of the day. Nothing is soundproof here. The pigeons will absolutely wreck havoc onto your balcony. I had one weird old dude just sitting on his balcony literally facing out towards my direction observing me.
