I would give a higher rating for the doormen. The doormen make the quality of living here great; however my issue here is management and the constant construction. They finished the water sealing a few months ago, which took over a year. Now, there are unit rennovations. If you like drilling and hammering, then this is a fun place to live in. Good view of the Throgs Neck bridge. Little noisy cuz it's near the highway but with community amenities, such as pool, fitness center, spa, basketball court, playground and gated it's safe and convenient to live. And if you have kids. The doorman is very friendly and nice.
