The doorman was nice and it was beautiful which is why I give it a four star but I had a problem with a bully on the 17th floor. I lived on 17S so I’m not sure what apartment she was but I know she also lived on the 17th floor. One day, she blocks the elevator when I’m trying to get in so push her out of the way, then after I’m in the elevator, she takes her walker and pushes it into me but after about once or twice, I fight back against her and then of course she plays...
I work for a real estate company and we are selling one of the apartments here. I've been here many times before for other units that we've sold and its always such a pleasure coming here. The security is top notch, I love that its a private/ gated community. Landscaping is done beautifully, the grounds are always spotless and each building has a doorman. Good view of the Throgs Neck bridge. Little noisy cuz it's near the highway but with community amenities, such as pool, fitness center, spa, basketball court, playground and gated it's safe and convenient to live. And if you have kids. The doorman is very friendly and nice.
