Pretty good place. Plenty of choices of Tequilas. The service was very good and friendly. Real authentic Mexican Street Tacos and good portions. Can't find Barbacoa Tacos in too many places but this one had them and very good. Wings were also good and homemade chips and guacamole.

I’ve had food and drinks here many times. All delicious. Street corn, tuna and avocado, short rib, 100 different tequilas, and so much more.

But I return here again and again with hiking friends to indulge and reward immediately post-hike when we are at maximum hero status. We only need one nachos order for two or three of us and nothing else to eat. The nachos are the best I’ve ever had anywhere on earth in all my travels. In fact we plan big hikes and build the nachos up as the reward for days or weeks. Just so good.

True tequila bar, they’ve got tons. Two beers on tap. Any three tacos with rice and beans for $20. Good service. Was here in the winter but looked like they have a bay door that could opened up and I’m sure would add another dynamic to this place when the weather is nicer out.

This is a place that we have been to many times. We hadn't been to Baja in quite a while. We've always been happy to go there because of the food. In fact, it was pretty much our go to when in Beacon. That will no longer be the case. The food was awful. Someone or everyone in that kitchen just doesn't give a damn. We ordered the calamari. It wasn't on the menu as Buffalo Style so we asked the bartender if that was possible because they have Buffalo calamari tacos. The bartender checked with the kitchen and he came with a no problem. Cool! The calamari came quickly, what we got was a pile of mush. It couldn't have been more soggy. Now I have had Buffalo calamari many times in many different places, it has never been this soggy! So making it Buffalo style can't be an excuse. To make matters worse, it was luke warm at best. The place wasn't busy! Again, the people in the kitchen just don't give a damn! Now for the chicken burrito; Cold!! Ok, the chicken was luke warm as well. The burrito was packed with cold hard rice! Nothing has flavor. Even the Pico was bland. My girlfriend couldn't eat it. We took it with us. I threw it out the next morning. Let me also add, the prices are ridiculous! 8 bucks for a little plate of rice and beans. The irony of this is the rice and beans were hot. Honestly, the only thing that saved this experience was the bartender. He was just a personable guy. Good bartender as well. We did not take our food experience out on him. We tipped him accordingly. Maybe he should be the chef. He'd probably care far more about what was coming out of the kitchen.

The only thing better than the food was the service. Felt very welcomed and never rushed throughout the entire experience. Food came to the table fast and our waiter Nick was a great time. He spent time talking with the table and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 experience, give that man a raise!

What they lose in the lack of free chips and salsa (/J), they make up in their exceptional service and food. I had the Rice Bowl with vegetables. It came with yellow rice, black beans, mased avocado, and sautéed vegetables (onion, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms [very seasonal]). My partner ordered the Big Baja Burrito with steak. He told me it was delicious though could have come with more sour cream and wrapped more like a burrito. Overall, no big complaints and we would definitely return.

Decided to try this place since it looked nice from the outside. Drinks were good . I ordered flautas and got an order of heated up taquitos instead. Super disappointed. Not a real Mexican Joint . Over priced and food is mid. Will not recommend

Came here for a quick bite and some drinks and they did not disappoint. The wait staff had great recommendations. Even when one of my friends didn't like her beer they switched it out. If you come here anything try there flights! They have quite a few weeks stuck with the Blanco, but they do have Reposado, and Mezcal . Inviting to all walks of life, a great place to unwind and chill.

There are plenty of other better authentic Mexican restaurants in the Hudson Valley. The food here is overpriced and it’s either alright or horrible. I’ve been here four or five times with my friends, always willing to give it another shot and that shot ends up hitting me and my wallet in the face. The hostesses are incredibly sweet, all the other staff not so much. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about the bar that steers me next door to Quinns. Spend your money elsewhere
