Chop Shop is a wonderful place in Chelsea offering reliably good food in a nice low-key environment. The papaya salad, eggplant dishes, and curries are amazing, while the dandan noodles are delicious. The steamed lamb dumplings and pan-fried pork dumplings are prepared to perfection, and the fried organic baby chicken is a must-try. With great cocktails and excellent service, this restaurant comes highly recommended for anyone visiting New York City.
