Guests have praised the delicious raspberry crème brûlée and enjoyed the amazing food, including perfectly cooked duck and tender fillet of beef. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Main Street, waterfalls, Storm King, and hiking trails. The ambiance is remarkable, with gentle waterfalls visible from the windows, adding to the experience. While the staff is friendly and helpful, some guests noted that service could be improved, as there were instances of delayed attention during busy times.
