Trax Coffee Roasters at Groveville Mills

Was in NY for vacation and made a stop here on the way to some orchards. Worth the stop. It's a small local shop and the smell was amazing. The coffee flavor was so good. Better pricing than Starbucks and better flavor. Can't wait to go again when I'm back in the area. If it's busy parking can be a little tight.

Usually good service. Coffee is usually consistent and okay. I mainly go here because it's conveniently close to my job. If it weren't so close I'd probably pass. Solid 3/5...sometimes 2.5

The reason you need a permit to roast coffee beans is because they cause serious health issues to those exposed to the smoke. It’s called popcorn lung and it’s un reversible. Unfortunately when we moved in across the street we didn’t realize what we were about to be exposed to. They’re effecting the health of the people who live around them, children, babies, pregnant women…… I can’t believe they’re get away with roasting in a residential area.

I ordered a Chai latte. I received what tasted like a cup of foamed milk with some artificial vanilla flavor. For anyone who actually likes chai I would not recommend this place.
