The Bedford Diner Reviews
If it’s Monday, then it’s Tomato Rice soup day at The Bedford Diner. Homemade and absolutely delicious. A hearty rice loaded soup even great on a beautiful spring day.
All the dishes at the diner are great. Staff is pleasant and prices are reasonable
Been going to the Bedford Diner for 40 years. The food is always good, and if something is 'wrong', they'll fix it for you. Service is quick and professional, interior is clean and modern looking. It's everything one should expect out of a decent diner. Met a friend for lunch the other day, and it was as good as it always has been over the last 40 years.
Food is mediocre and if you sit outside the service is awful!

The Bedford Diner in Bedford Hills is a cozy, family-friendly spot beloved by locals. Known for their roast turkey dinner and matzo-ball soup, the diner offers generous portions of delicious food. The atmosphere feels inviting and clean, which, along with the friendly and efficient service, makes it a favorite dining destination for many. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, including a covered outdoor area, this diner provides a relaxed environment for enjoying a meal. Visitors frequently enjoy the homemade Tomato Rice soup on Mondays, and the beef barley soup is also highly praised for its deliciousness. The egg sandwich on brioche with bacon and cheese is made perfectly. The staff is generally pleasant, with standout servers like William, who remembers customers' names and orders, enhancing the dining experience. Prices are reasonable, making it enjoyable for families, as there is something on the menu for even the pickiest eaters. While some reviews mention that the service can be just serviceable and the atmosphere can become uncomfortable at times, especially due to unruly behavior at the bar, the diner remains a dependable place for hearty soups and satisfying meals. Some customers note the need for updates in the decor, but overall, The Bedford Diner continues to be a welcoming spot that keeps many returning regularly.
