The kitchen is small, but the flavors are big at the Playhouse Cafe. It’s unbelievable what they are capable of creating — this is not your typical movie theater cafe. Great cocktails, a full coffee shop (my favorite place to work on the weekends while the kids catch a movie), the charcuterie board is fabulous, the muffaletta is my favorite sandwich. My kids love the tater tots and chicken fingers. Don’t miss the churro bites for dessert! Best of all — you never need a movie ticket to eat in the cafe, but if you are seeing a movie — you can bring your food/drinks into the theater. Sure beats regular popcorn! Also, trivia nights and live music are so fun — not to be missed!

Vegetarian options: Grilled vegetable wrap, fresh mozzarella sandwich, hummus platter, truffle pizza, arugula salad, grilled cheese, etc.

Dietary restrictions: They can do almost anything gluten free. They also have a lot of vegetarian and dairy-free options.

Parking: There is parking out front and along the side on the street, as well as in the parking lot behind the building.

Kid-friendliness: Chicken tenders, tater tots, quesadillas, pizzas, grilled cheese, pretzel bites, and more.
