Having just moved to Pound Ridge, I’m now exploring what the area has to offer in way of food and I’m glad I walked in. Simply put, I am ADDICTED to the home-made sandwiches. At first I thought they were a bit pricey but after trying a few, they are definitely worth it. I work a blue-collar job very early in the morning and look forward to grabbing the Steak Sandwich (my favorite) on my way home.

A cute little coffee shop, with conveinent parking lot. They are pricey, but there is such a broad variety or prepackaged foods, salads, sandwiches and wraps. There are also a decent amount of cute gifts here if you're needing anything from wine glasses, Lake Champlian chocolates, candles, etc. Staff is attentive and friendly. No bathroom or sitting inside, a couple tables outside. Support local businesses, enjoy!

Imagine visiting the historic and idyllic Bedford. Quiet, peaceful, heavenly almost.
Then imagine walking into a place that calls itself a purveyor of "fine foods and provisions." What do you expect to find? I'll tell you what I found...
The staff smoking pot in the store and playing loud music!!!
The entire place reeked of smoke. The staff was even joking about it with other customers who didn't seem too pleased. This is a very very small place (maybe 100 sq ft). The smell was so strong that I could barely breathe.
To make matters worse, the coffee was not even fresh and you actually pour it yourself from a silver coffee urn like it's a church basement.
I would be disappointed to enter into a place like this anywhere, but I was even more disappointed to find it in the otherwise magical village of Bedford.

Great selection of products. Nice brands and cute little shop. Just the pricing does give me some serious sticker shock…but I like to support independent businesses like this if I can.

Had some of the best coffee in town. Mario And Johany Are the best employees here. They always treat me with kindness and make me feel like a superstar everytime. The mac and cheese was delicious as well.

Wish I could give a higher rating. Cute shop, staff is friendly. I thought it was a fluke the first time but it happened again. The bacon in the premade wraps was raw. Biting into raw bacon fat.. not ok, or safe.
Love this local coffee shop. Easy place to stop for coffee, cards, sandwiches- little things to make life sweeter. And the staff makes it sweeter too. Love this spot.

Good Bacon Egg & Cheese and coffee
The food is disgusting why is the dip for the dumplings so sticky it said the dumplings had lemon grass well did you forget it the steak sandwich was boring
I’m at GE Brown almost daily. They have the best coffee in the area and lots of great prepared foods. Plus lots of healthy snacks. The Bacon Egg and Cheese is the best around -- everyone in my family loves them. Plus lots of great baked goods (GF breads, brownies, cookies), home decor items, kitchenware, bar ware, mixers, etc. Makes the Bedford & Pound Ridge area a better place to live! And everyone who works at GE Brown, including the owners, are super friendly and helpful. Absolutely love this place!
