Absolute best bagels on Long island. The remodeled store is bigger with more seating and a better place to wait on line indoors. The lines look long on the weekends but they move pretty fast. Did i mention some of the BEST bagels and specialty cream cheese on Long Island?

The bagels here are soooo good. I have never tasted a bagel like this one. Their Gluten free bagel is also really really good.
Be prepared to wait in line although it doesn’t take very long to get to the front. This place is a local gem

Used to be the best bagel I’ve ever had for years and years. Recently seems they changed owners, and something happened to the recipe. A bit hit or miss these days and my BEC last week was disappointing.

Please bring back the old bagels!

Hi, I’m a 16 year old boy that just wanted to get some sandwiches. I was treated very rudely by the cashier, I’m waiting for my order to come out and the cashier is forcing me to pay ahead of time before my whole order comes out as if I don’t have the money or I’m going to run off. I said I will pay when my whole order comes out to make sure that everything is made properly. Instead he started laughing in my face and continued to demand me to pay up. Of course I paid as soon as the whole order came out but I felt disrespected and wasn’t given and apology. Worst experience ever!

Great bagels here, worth going a little out of our way. Selection of cream and cheeses and salads is huge. Service is on point. Even with long line, they move very quickly and pleasantly.

Never not once, busy, not busy do I get the correct order. Today I literally watched what he wrote down and STILL I didn’t get what I ordered. I hate to be that person that has to start opening 4 sandwich’s while people are waiting on line but it’s ridiculous. Shame because the food is good!

One of the best bagel places on the island. Newly renovated, fresh soft bagels and salads. Our go-to morning stop for years. Room to sit inside and outside.

This was a very clean and welcoming bagel shop. It wasn't too busy when I got there, but nonetheless the waitstaff was very efficient in taking my order. The food was prepared as asked and in a timely manner. Til next time !?

Staff is rude not enough people to work the take out orders had to wait over 20 min for an order. Refused to give me my order cause I asked a question. If I could give no stars that would be the experience do not go here if you want terrible service

Had absolutely the worst service there. I was being helped by an incredibly surly Man named Douglas. I tried to address this with Mike the owner- not only was Douglas surly but he ripped me off- I paid 13 or 14 dollars for. Tina sandwich that contained about three tablespoon of tuna- which is certainly not worth the amount I paid for it. Mike the
Owner assured me he would refund me but guess what- he did not! I will not be going back there- too many great places to get bagels around here. Won’t waste my money and I suggest you don’t either!! Disgraceful!

I think this location is the best. Always quick.
The salads they make are the best on the island. I personally think The Bagel cafe chain bagels are superior as well. I couldn't recommend this place more.
