I ordered a small hot fudge sundae and the board said it came with one topping whipped cream and a cherry. The girl who made it only gave me hot fudge and put the cover on and when I had asked for the topping as well as the whipped cream and cherry she had an attitude as if it’s not supposed to come with it. Also was not the 9 dollars she charged me.

This place is horrible. The owner is not friendly at all. The place is always dirty. It is not a pleasant experience.. The Carvel headquarters should really go and check it out before yourselves. It is terrible and I will NEVER ever go there again! I just thought you should no what’s going on there!

i purchased chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich 6 pack and 2 brown bonnet premade ice cream cones today. Both brown bonnet tasted like refreezed ice cream with soft( not crunchy) cones. either he had a freezer problem or he needs to rotate his stock. hope the ice cream sandwiches aren't as bad as the brown bonnets. i will not return to this carvel, the one hicksville and jerusalem is always fresh
