I ordered there is evening and got four sundaes two of which were chocolate. After me and my mom ate a few bites we had both noticed it having a weird taste that was not chocolatey and then leaving a weird aftertaste of stinging in the mouth. I had called to complain and they did not do anything about it besides apologize. Definitely take a taste test of the chocolate yourself because there was something very wrong about it.

The people who work there are very stupid and they were laughing at me because I was ordering the boss shake, which is one of the specials, and said they did not know how to make it. Like if they don’t know how to make it, then why put it up on the menu? I recommend going to other places where the employees actually know how to do their job correctly. That’s all I have to say.

Always a great place to get top quality ice cream. I like to pick up cakes and sundaes there.

It hit the spot, I was thinking about a late afternoon hot fudge sundae. Yum. It is also a bit hard to find hot fudge topping lately but Carvel has it.

Omg the logistical supply chain issue has affected the making of the ever delightful Carvel ice cream Log. The box manufacturer is no longer making the box to put the Carvel ice cream log into so they are no longer making the log. What the heck people really! Find another box manufacturer!

The ice cream taste good but for the price of a large cup they do not put enough ice cream. They can definitely give more ice cream for the price.
Let's hear it 2 For 1 wednesdays and the friendly owner and counter girls!

Cheap but I think that they can improve the ice cream flavour.

As I enjoy the ice-cream the cost of it seems very out of line.

A medium cone with sprinkles costs $8.39. A bit much, don't you think? Since when is soft-serve so expensive? I'll never be back. Meanwhile, over at Friendly's, you can buy a 5-scoop Sundae for what I paid here and sit and dine with it. Or the equivalent cone for half the price.

I'm not a cheapskate. I'm happy to spend "too much" when traveling. Enjoyment comes before a concern about price. BUT... since when does soft-serve ice cream cost over $8 a cone at the neighborhood ice cream shop, WITHOUT seating or any amenities? This is just an old, grab-and-go joint. Nothing exotic, especially on Long Island. So, why are the prices so historically out of whack? By comparison, a LARGE softserve cone at Dairy Queen costs $2.69. Even a large Blizzard with the toppings thrown in is 4 bucks or so. So, what's up with no-frills Carvel and these prices?
Worst communication ever, over charged ?
