it’s really bad at night because the people working there are super mean and when you ask them something, they’re always want to charge you like they own the store super mean in the morning the people and the staff are really kind I will suggest you never going at night with your kids or your family drive-through people are mean

Came here Tuesday dec 10 @ 6:25 pm the young man, I guess he's the manager, took care of me. Very nice young man. Keep him please. Nice to every customer. In the past wasn't good.

On 10/19/2024 I went to get my wife a ica Carmel Latta it was a mess the younger girl making the order was stuck and did not understand the order we have been a customer to this store for a bit. And to seen how it was renovated the store looks good but the staff is sad. My order was confused I was over charged and when ask I was told I order 4 items. Upside down at the window a simple coffee and small caramel Latta was 23.45 made no sense I said are you right on your price she called a young kid over and said it's ok I'll return $4:35 i did not want to make it big but when I get home my wife threw in the trash case she said it tasted like swear water so did my son. This experience was the worst you pay for a product and its not what you order sad. I will not put the blame on my young youth because there doing some for them self we have to support our teenagers who could be out doing other things. I put this on the main head quarters of dunking dount training staff and headquarters and franchise like these corporations are just out for the money and don't care for the youth. If they really care for our youth with all the money so many communities give them how hard is to set up a training course to teach them to do right product. I could go on but I will stop it here. Your store need a real manager to fix this location.

Overnight shift staff is amazing! During the day can be dicey. Need to stop hiring the teenagers who only care about hooking up with fellow employees or customers online. Also, daytime they get a bit messy with their drinks and you're handed a sticky cup. The two gentlemen at night midnight and on are EXCELLENT!!!! They need a raise, bonus' or whatever.. Just don't let them leave.. lol.. Food has been good too
