The pretzels are great! I ordered the small rivet party tray and they were a huge hit at the party. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I'm definitely going back for more!

This is the best service in Long Island. the employees are the kindest I’ve ever seen, especially at a job that doesn’t pay that much. he gave me free cinnamon pretzels because, he thought me and my friend were kind and humble, they made our day. 10/100000000000 you should definitely go.

I walked in to a very clean establishment. It was about to be closing time and the owner was not only so nice, friendly and warm, he also gave us so many freebies. I appreciated his patience and generosity. My dad says Bellmore is always his favorite location! Thanks James!

Went on the website to ensure that it wasn't prior orders only. Saw a deal for Birds bogo. Basically if you bought 5 pretzels then tomorrow if Eagles one then you get 5 pretzels. It clearly stated Bellmore was a participating location. We went to go pick up 5 pretzels and the girl at the counter was completely nasty and said the website wasn't updated we arent participating. She said we aren't making pretzels. No where did it state that and this girl was just nasty but that's a common occurrence with the people they hire there. Constant problems and whatever happened to customers always right especially when there's proof that customer is right. If you can throw in nuggets into the oven you can throw in 5 pretzels. Just poor!!!

So tired of going here to find my order is wrong and upon pick up you either accept it or wait. It's ridiculous. Receipt says the correct order but it's prepared wrong. Call the location no one answers.

Zero stars!!!!!! After purchasing pretzels for my children, after eating a few pretzels my son discovered a used bandaid in his pretzels. Much to my dismay I returned to the location to inform the staff of this incident. The staff laughed and didn’t provide me with the managers contact information . I asked to speak with the manager and they told me he wasn’t there and they couldn’t get in contact with him. They said he will call you eventually. I was is dismay that an establishment would leave teenagers alone in a store without any way of being contacted. My son was very upset and rightfully so. My concern is what illness he could contract from this mishandling. The manner in which this was handled was not professional. I will not be returning to any Philly pretzel locations and will make sure my friends, family, and the community I live in are aware of the unsanitary procedures that are occurring at this location!!

Terrible service placed ordered week in advance and when I came to pick up not only did I have to wait half hour to pick up they didn’t make one of my platters that was paid for and said oh we were to busy and couldn’t do it just ridiculous
