The staff, specifically Carlos, was so helpful! We did a fundraiser for our school and they were so accommodating in helping set up the fundraiser as well as pick up for the pretzels! I can’t say thank you enough to the Carlos and the staff!

We had the best experience here. I came in planning to buy 10 pretzels for $10, but the owner actually let me know there was a special I hadn’t seen and offered 15 for even less. That kind of honesty is rare, and on top of that, the pretzels were some of the best I’ve ever tasted.
He also noticed my sons eyeing the cinnamon pretzels, and when I told them “not today,” he quietly showed them kindness and surprised them with a bag full. It absolutely made their day.

The pretzels are great! I ordered the small rivet party tray and they were a huge hit at the party. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I'm definitely going back for more!

This is the best service in Long Island. the employees are the kindest I’ve ever seen, especially at a job that doesn’t pay that much. he gave me free cinnamon pretzels because, he thought me and my friend were kind and humble, they made our day. 10/100000000000 you should definitely go.
