Went on super bowl sunday there was a line out the door and the staff remained calm and collective, customers were screaming at young lady behind counter and i felt so bad keep up the good work!

Picked up an online order from Pretzel Factory in Bellmore today. Small party tray, 2 side dips plus purchased an extra. Pretzels were incredibly fresh and delicious! ⭐️ Order was ready on time and the staff were very pleasant and working hard filling orders. Highly recommend these amazing pretzels and this location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to Philly Pretzel Factory for the first time. All I can say is the pretzels were delicious. What more can you ask for.

Thumbs down, Fine all of the prices went up for the pretzels, but now they want to charge $1 each for a tiny little dip?? even plain mustard! They don't give mustard packets with your pretzels.

Simple order of large party tray and a dipping sauce that I paid extra for was left out and store refused to deliver to complete the order. Poor customer service. Lost a customer

Pretzels are good but staff on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Stopped in today around 5:30 PM to purchase 20 pretzels. When I entered one of the employees was on her phone and the other eventually assisted me. There was not enough pretzels to fill my order and when I enquired if any more would be ready, I was told not right now. Probably shouldn't blame the employees as no one was there to manage them.

Yummy and fresh pretzels !!! We've gotten a big Turkey shaped pretzel a few times for Thanksgiving!! Such a hit!!! My son wants to do a pretzel bar for his communion party.

The pretzels are very good. But the service leaves a bit to be desired. I tried ordering a tray of pretzels a day in advance of Christmas Eve. I was told that the location was only going to allow walk ins on Christmas Eve. Thats entirely okay because I understand I reached out rather late. So I called at 10am and was told to come in and place an order. It should take approximately 30 minutes to get a platter together. So I showed up to place my order around lunch and was told that the tray wouldn't be ready until 630 pm?!? That's 5 hours from when I was going to place the order. I'm sure that girls at the counter just didn't want to do any work. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and even though I used to go monthly to this pretzel store, I won't be returning.

We were just passing by and saw this place and decided to see what it was. Got some pretzels, pepperoni pizza pretzel and a spicy hotdog. OMG!!! The pretzels were warm and good. The spicy hot dog was so good but the pepperoni pizza pretzel was soooo good that I just gulp it down. My big mistake was not tasting it right there and then because I sure would have bought more. I wish we had turned around to get some more. This was our first time but definitely will not going to be the last. How come I didn't know about this place before?

Very good pretzels, nice staff and a great selection of dips. Very reasonably priced and tasty, we really enjoy this place. They have all different kinds of pretzel dips you can buy as well. Some of our favorite dips are brownie batter, pumpkin, cinnamon and honey mustard. You'll definitely find one you like!
