Went here for lunch with my son , the lettuce was brown ,all of it . I politely asked the worker if we could get some fresh lettuce and it looked that someone from back of store told her no . Just poor service .

The customer service was unacceptable and will not be returning due to the experience. The girl was rude and unapologetic when confronted about the incorrect price displayed on the board. Instead of honoring the advertised price, they charged a higher amount without providing the correct price upfront. This is misleading and amounts to false advertising.

The people working there are super unprofessional. Not clean at all. Ordered foot-long‘s for the kids but barely anything in the footlong. Was rude and gave attitude to the kids when they requested more olives/ veggies.

So I went in to pick up an order and the young girl behind the counter was not very pleasant wasn't friendly I should say. When you work with the public you have to like your job and if you don't get another one. It doesn't cost anything to smile say hi have a nice day thank you you're welcome instead of standing there like a mummy and just being rude

Terrible experience at this Subway, Walked in to order my normal sandwich, The worker there had made me the wrong sandwich and then tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong for asking them to correct it, Also waited 10 minutes while the worker sat on her phone prior to taking this order. PLEASE STAY AWAY VERY

I stopped in tonight at 845,they close at 9. Place was dead, 1st red flag to not eat here. The woman behind the counter told me, we're about to close. No. You're not about to close, you stay open till 9pm. It's takes 4min per hero made per customer. I will never come back again and I'm reporting this location to dept of health for the unclean store. The owners obviously do not care. Read the other reviews.

I know this is a subway so my expectations are low. I've been here a few times. It's a run of the mill Subway. It's a little dingy/dirty and could use a deep clean. There were 2 girls working. One I've seen a few times before and she's very friendly. The other one just didn't want to be there.

I ordered a sandwich. The girl took my order and wasn't listening because she started making an entirely different sandwich with cheese sauce on it. I just said, I'm sorry but I think that you may have misheard me. I wanted the Honey Mustard BBQ sandwich. The girl said, but cheese sauce is the same as cheddar cheese and proceeded to put cheddar cheese on top of the cheese sauce lol. I asked her to remake it and she didn't want to remake it. I was just baffled. I should have to pay for a sandwich I don't want because you don't have listening skills? This place flat out sucks that they would treat their customers that way. Go to Blimpie in East Meadow or another location.

Ordered three footlong sandwiches and they ran out of the bread of choice so they had to use a different one. This is understandable on its own, but is disappointing when I get home and see I was given the most barebones sandwich I’ve ever seen. I counted a grand total of 7 small pieces of sliced chicken on the entire sandwich. The toppings and sauces were just as weak in quantity. For a sandwich that is priced at $10.40 it’s highway robbery for the quality that is provided. People come to chains for consistency and I can expect this from a local restaurant, some good some bad, but I’d expect subway to have some level of consistency in its locations. This is a great way to lose costumers to the competition. Every jersey mikes sub I have ever seen is FILLED and it is sold at the same price point. I assume this lack of quality is why subway needs to put out so many coupons in the penny savers, because especially after this incident I would NEVER pay full price for the sandwich your company provides. It’s barely worth the $5 with the discount.

This location wouldn't accept a coupon no problem still bought the sandwiches anyway but bread was hard sandwiches weren't put together good they fell apart figured I would give it a shot since it's by my house yeah I won't be back unfortunately there's many locations to choose from
