This is my go-to spot when the kids crave Chinese food! I order from here every week, and their plain lo mein and chicken broccoli with extra sauce are simply amazing. The staff is super friendly, and their customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend this place - it's the best Chinese restaurant around! ohhh my gid it s amazing

It’s hit and miss. Most of their soups are consistently good. Their spare ribs and generals chicken can be the best you ever had to the most over sauced, over cooked and over spiced dish you ever had. We have gone back and forth about ordering from Zens over the years. After last night order ( most of it went in the garbage) I’m done with Zens.

The best Chinese food in Long Island, sesame chicken, general Tao’s chicken, orange chicken is our favorite ! Big chunks of All white meat Chicken and always lightly breaded . Yummy!!!

Just ordered take out and it was mostly inedible. Ordered sesame chicken which was over cooked and chewy, vegetables fried rice did not taste right and had a weird smell, dumplings had too much dough and were under cooked.

They sent me mu shu pork through Uber eats, but they forgot to put the sauce and the pancakes in. I called and they refused to deliver the rest of the food and just said to get a refund through uber eats. They’re too busy, they said.

arrived at the restaurant and was told my order was “being prepared.” While I was waiting, I watched the staff prepare food for over 20 walk-in customers who arrived after me, while my delivery order was completely ignored.

I waited 40 minutes after arriving, with no honest time estimate and no communication. This clearly shows that delivery drivers are not respected and are treated as a low priority. My time was wasted, and this directly affected my earnings.

If the restaurant cannot prepare delivery orders on time, they should either give drivers an accurate wait time or stop accepting delivery orders instead of making drivers wait indefinitely.

This was extremely unprofessional. Very bad experience. Biggest dislike from me.

My order did not come out how I asked for it to be done. My food was also very dry I went there because it was recommended by a friend drove very far to try here just to be disappointed. How hard is it to chop up four chicken wings, and put ketchup on it with fries

Absolute disappointment. I came here based on a recommendation, and I’m not gonna lie — your reviews are great. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the food. The sesame chicken was way overcooked; I ended up throwing most of it out. The ribs were mediocre at best, and my wife didn’t like the soup.

The only saving grace was the beef with broccoli — it was quite good, with a generous portion of beef.

Additionally, everyone talks about your noodles and duck sauce, which are standard at just about any other restaurant. But here, you actually have to buy them — and I was kind of shocked they weren’t in the bag with my food.
