First of all there prices are very high compared to the platers they serve. Secondly no taste at all only the chai was good.Thirdly there bagels and bread is never fresh. Don’t waste ur money there.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll to go. It took over 30 minutes to make it while the staff wandered around aimlessly. After receiving the sandwich and leaving, I realized there was no bacon on it. They seem to have no idea what they're doing which makes me wonder about the food safety/cleanliness in the kitchen.

I've been here quite a few times. I've never been disappointed with the service or the food. I recently had the Desi Omelet, and well, I am now further invested in the place. The coffee is good too.

The service is great. But the actual drink heavily depends on the barista . The hijabi ones have been better .

I Never Was

Everything was bigger, tastier and fresher than we were expecting. French toast was balanced, pancakes fluffy, bagel airy, hash browns and bacon crispy, and karak chai was a properly cooked chai like it should be. No Coke and Pepsi products was nice to see as well. Fully Halal and delicious. Pleasantly surprised!

Went to Bagelafe for birthday breakfast. All the items were exceptional. The staff was very courteous and service was great. The place was very clean. The best thing was that we didn't have to worry about items cooked with non-halal things. Definitely give it a try and you won't be going to ihop again!

The food was good, but the guy at the register had an attitude. Also dine in sandwich was served to us in to go foil paper. So unprofessional.

Ordered a bagel and was not toasted , the iced karak chai and latte gave me really bad stomach ache had to throw up . Was not made well. Still want to give the rest of the menu a try.

I'm really happy we have a halal breakfast spot nearby. The menu isn't long but has a good blend of eastern and western options. The food is made fresh and not sloppy like some breakfast places can be. The only complaint I have is that their bagels dont seem to be the freshest, compared to all the bagels available on Long Island. Theirs are more dense and chewy for some reason. Other than that, they have good coffee options, and grab and go things including halal beef jerky. Their french toast is one of the best I've had anywhere. And I've been trying to recreate their shahi paratha, it was that good.

Tried Bagelafè for the first time and it was great. A small business, seems family owned and operated, did a great job of serving my wife, 2 kids and I with egg sandwiches, matcha tea with oat milk, chai, and desi omelette (spicy and delicious!) - I recommend trying this spot!
