I walked in with two separate people looking for a bagel. I didn’t see any bagels in the bins. When I asked the response was yeah we got bagels in the back from yesterday. Maybe they should not have the name bagel in their name. All 3 of us walked right out

Staff is not attentive. I was trying to do work and he was watching reels loudly on his phone it was pretty annoying. The iced coffee was not good. The mozzarella sticks were okay but they didn’t have any tomato sauce, offered me ketchup. The chocolate chip pancakes were good. On another occasion I came to do work and i ordered a coffee first. Only to be told that “we’re closing in 10 minutes due to a holiday.” Which i can understand but why not tell me that before i bought the coffee? I went today on 3/24 to do work because it’s close but they were closed even though Google says open. Ive given this place multiple shots as a customer but I’m never coming back

It wasn't busy , i was the only person there, and i waited 20 minutes for egg and cheese. Nothing was organized , the place wasn't clean, all I could say is the old staff was better.

Came in at 8:30 AM—bagels were awesome, no complaints there! Fresh and delicious. However, the service could use some improvement. When I asked about the free coffee listed on the menu, the staff member curtly told me it only applied to a BEC bagel, which wasn’t clearly stated. A little more clarity and friendliness would go a long way. Great food, but the customer service needs work.
Karan chai was delicious. The DK and BQE breakfast sandwiches were very tasty and filling. They have a huge menu with so many delicious options.

First time having food from here and I can definitely say that I’ll be coming back. Not having to worry about whether the food is halal or not is amazing. Not only is the food good but so is the service. Shayan recommended me items from the menu which I enjoyed very much!
