Came in at 8:30 AM—bagels were awesome, no complaints there! Fresh and delicious. However, the service could use some improvement. When I asked about the free coffee listed on the menu, the staff member curtly told me it only applied to a BEC bagel, which wasn’t clearly stated. A little more clarity and friendliness would go a long way. Great food, but the customer service needs work.

We visited Bagelafe last week, and it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance is cozy and vibrant, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food.

What truly stood out was the owner’s warmth and friendliness. We had such a lovely chat and felt so welcomed, which made the visit even more special.

First time having food from here and I can definitely say that I’ll be coming back. Not having to worry about whether the food is halal or not is amazing. Not only is the food good but so is the service. Shayan recommended me items from the menu which I enjoyed very much!
