ThBagels are always under cooked.

Yesterday, my coworker brought bagels to the office. I simply asked for an Egg Bagel with Cream Cheese and MMMMM! BEST Egg Bagel I've had in my first year living here on Long Island. The Bagel was so soft and actually had the flavor and consistency profile of the additional Egg in the dough...Long story short I came back today, on this dreadfully rainy day, and heat couldn't leave the parking lot without having my breakfast lol.
