I could simply just post the best Chinese food on Long Island and that would be enough. But their dim sum is amazing and now that you can get it 7 days a week all of their food comes out so nice and so fresh and so well made. Their meals are not swimming and sticky sauce. It's a nice light sauce coating on most of your meals. Everything is fresh. My wife and I love this place. One night we came in about 5 minutes before they closed because we thought they close at 10:00 but...
The food was good. Like old style Chinese food.
The spare ribs were a standout. Pork fried rice was excellent. Service wasn’t great, but efficient.

As a Chinese person, this was my first time being a minority customer in a Chinese restaurant in Long Island, New York. That night, we were only Chinese customers, yet the food was very authentic. The salt and pepper pork chops were delicious. The beef chow fun was a bit crumbly, but the flavor was quite good. Portions are generous. I heard this restaurant has been in business for over 20 years and is still going strong. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.
